Abstract: As a result of the completion of the master’s qualification work, a hi-fidelity prototype of a printing cost calculator was developed, with the help of which users are given the opportunity to independently place online orders for printing a particular product, providing an intuitive and understandable interface. An overview of the printing services market indicates a gradual transition to automation of printing processes, and this trend continues to gain momentum. For most potential customers, the amount of time that you probably need to spend on placing and discussing the order is quite large. A full range of services, from accepting an order to delivering goods and paying for it, allows us to cover the developed software product. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, six chapters, a conclusion, a list of used literature sources and applications. The introduction contains information about the purpose of the master’s qualification paper, its relevance, research subject and practical value. In the first chapter, the characteristics of the research object are considered and the tasks that must be performed to implement the product are formed. In the second chapter, a review of literature sources on the topic of master’s qualification work is carried out, in particular, the concept of UI and UX design and the role of the prototype in the process of product implementation are considered. The third chapter explains the solution to the problem by the methods of system analysis of the subject area, in particular, the construction of a goal tree and a problem tree. The fourth chapter contains a description of the process of creating conceptual models and developing a prototype, in particular, the formation of an information system for the application and implementation of the user interface. The fifth chapter provides information about the researches carried out, their results, as well as the requirements for the hardware and instructions for users. The last chapter contains the economic part, the purpose of which was to calculate the feasibility of purchasing a software product and the payback period for designing a solution in comparison with a software solution offered on the market. At the end of the explanatory note, conclusions are presented, a list of literature sources used, as well as applications with a competitor comparison matrix, a user path map, and fragments of the developed interface.
