Abstract: Development of power grids (replacement, reconstruction and modernization), should be carried out both on a permanent basis and in sufficient quantities in accordance with long-term plans, which are formed on the basis of analysis of technical condition, technological violations and the importance of aircraft or transmission lines to ensure the reliability of the power system. PJSC "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" operates and develops 0.4-220 kV power grids in the Zakarpattia region, thus ensuring a sustainable and reliable energy supply to the population of the region, economic facilities, including interstate railway transportation and gas transit, recreational facilities and a number of other consumers. In recent years, in the Transcarpathian region, there has been a stable trend of transition of the population and the communal sphere to electric heating. This factor contributes to a steady increase in electricity consumption in the household sector. In addition, the growth of electricity consumption is due to the stable development of the recreational and tourist sphere and small business in Transcarpathia. In addition, industrial electricity consumption is expected to grow. In particular in the timber industry and automotive industry. Object of study In the master’s work the analysis of modes of development of an electric network of PJSC "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" is carried out and the project of substation "Dobron 110" is developed. Power consumption in this area is growing rapidly, and it is planned to put into operation a new electrical plant for electricity production. Therefore, in order to provide consumers with quality electricity, the reconstruction and selection of equipment for the Dobron 110 substation is being carried out. The substation is geographically located near the village. Velyka Dobron in the Uzhhorod district of the Zakarpattia region. By type of connection, the substation is passable and is located between the substations "Red" and "Batyovo". Therefore, the western part of the 35 kV electric network is powered by the tires of the Chervone substation, and the eastern part of the 35 kV electric network is fed by the buses of the Batyovo substation. Subject of study Development of a fragment of the 110 kV power grid scheme. It consists in the transfer of the Dobron 110 substation to the highest voltage class and the construction of two new overhead lines with a nominal voltage of 110 kV (Batyovo - Dobron 110 and Dobron 110 - Chop). Two transformers with rated voltages 110/35/10 will be installed at this substation. The Dobron 110 substation will receive electricity from the high-voltage buses of the Batyovo and Chop substations via 110 kV lines, which will pass through the same territory as the 35 kV transmission lines that already exist. A new electrical installation will be connected to the 35 kV buses: a solar power plant with a nominal capacity of 9.9 MW. Electricity quality analyzers will also be installed for control. The aim of the study Analysis of electrical network modes, calculation of short-circuit currents and equipment selection. During the operation of the coordinates, the modes of the electrical network are constantly changing, because there are constant changes in the load, and the network scheme itself may also change as a result of emergency or operational shutdown of individual elements. Therefore, to assess the conditions in which the equipment and consumers will operate, the following main operating modes are distinguished: minimum, maximum and post-emergency. To select devices (protective, switching, measuring, etc.) I determine the short-circuit currents on the high, medium and low voltage busbars of the substation. The calculation of short-circuit currents is carried out using the graphical calculation complex "DAKAR". The developed scheme of development of the electric network of PJSC "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" with the transfer of the substation "Dobron" to a higher voltage class can be implemented, as the 110 kV OHL "Uzhgorod-1 - Chop", "Batyovo - Strabychevo", "Strabychevo - Mukachevo-400" for the results of the study of normal, post-accident steady-state modes of EM and the mode of long-term load, have a sufficient margin for throughput capacity, and the allowable voltage level on the 10 and 35 kV buses will be provided with on-load tap-changers and PBZ control devices.
