Abstract: Shaturnyi, O.G., Makukh, O.E. (head). Application of administrative management in social work. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Administrative management is one of the main types of management, based on the inherent ability of a person to set goals and find adequate means to achieve them, to predict the results of influence (Bakumenko, 2013). Methods of administrative management are a powerful lever to achieve goals in cases where it is necessary to subdue the team and direct it to solve specific management problems (Lukashevich, Tulenkov, 2007; Folomkina, 2014). The ideal condition for their effectiveness is a high level of management regulation and labor discipline, when managerial influences are carried out without significant distortions by lower levels of government. This is especially true of large multi-level management systems (Bakumenko, Usachenko, Tymtsunyk, 2013). Object of research: administrative management in social work.
