Abstract: Аnnotation Ivaneiko MM, Khmil RY (head). Apartment house designing on Zelena str. in Lviv. Master’s qualification work. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation This project contains 11 drawings including 4 architectural drawings 4 construction drawings, 3 technological-organizational drawings - and 136 pages of the explanatory note. The construction site is located on Zelena Street in Lviv. Site area are 0,1990 hectares, building area - 1154,10 m2. The dimensions of the building between the external axes in plan are 50.0 ? 21.0 m. The house is 10-storey building with height of floors: parking-3.4 m;1st – 3.0 m, 2nd - 10rd – 2.83 m. The total height of the building is 32.25 m to the roof slab and 34.0 m to the highest point of the building. Enterance to the buildings are happening through vestibule. Commercial premises, control room,f ire station, elevator halls, auxiliary premises, incoming groups are provided on the first flour. Commercial premises are provided on the second flour. The residental appartments are located on the higher floors. The underground part of the building has parking for 34 cars. The foundations are designed as isolated footing under the columns and strip foundations under the basement walls. The external walls of the basement are taken to be 400 mm thick with external waterproofing. Retaining pile walls 4.5 metres deep are provided for the construction of walls along the boundary of the land plot and thay are taken to be 420 mm. This piles approach the ground with a step of 1.0 m. Columns are planned to be made from monolithic reinforced concrete: 250х1000 mm on a typical floor, 300х1000 мм on the 1 and 2 floor and 400х1000 mm in the parking. Stairs (marches and platforms) are designed to be made from monolithic reinforced concrete C20/25. Reinforcement is O10A400C with a step 200 mm. Slab is to be made from monolithic reinforced concrete (200 mm) using concrete C20/25. Reinforcement is O10A400C with a step 200 x 200 mm. The technical and organizational section presents a technological map for monolithic reinforced concrete slab. A calendar schedule of construction works. The duration of construction is 20 months.
