Abstract: Melnik Y.A., Shulyar R.A. (head). Apartment house with built-in commercial premises in Khmelnytsky. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020 Extended abstract. In this thesis, an apartment building with built-in commercial premises in Khmelnytsky was designed. This thesis contains five sections. In the first section "Architectural construction" is presented: -characteristics of the intention of build; -short description of the area which is 0.0825. -climatic data of the construction area; - the general plan of area is developed on the basis of necessary initial data; - architectural planning solutions according to which the building is functionally divided into underground floor the mark of which -2,700 m, built-in commercial premises which are designed in the ground floor, living quarters designed above the ground floor on 10 residential floors. - structural characteristics of the main elements of the building. -reinforced concrete frame with diaphragms and rigidity core. -engineering communications. In the second section, the calculation and construction of the main load-bearing elements of the building were performed. According to the calculation, the following load-bearing elements were designed: - foundation monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 800 mm. The foundation slab is designed from C20/25 concrete, the reinforcementing is made of A500 class reinforcement in steps of 250x250 mm. -monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a cross section of 750x250 mm made of beton of class C25/30 and reinforcement of class A500. - monolithic floor slabs with a thickness of 200 mm made of concrete of class C25/30 and reinforcement of class A500 - stairs of the building from concrete of the C20/25 class, reinforcementing is made of reinforcement of the A500 class. In the third section "Technological organization of construction" the methods of construction, installation and special construction works were substantiated. Also in this section the technological map for front works, the general construction plan of a site and the calendar schedule of performance of works were developed. In the fourth section "Economics of construction" a local estimate of construction and a consolidated estimate of the cost of construction were made according to which the cost of construction is 30658 thousand UAH, the cost of m2 9900 UAH. The fifth section "Research" describes the BIM modeling technology used in the design and construction of this structure, which greatly simplifies these processes. The object of research is an apartment building with built-in commercial premises in Khmelnytsky. Study object-the design of an apartment building, the development of architectural planning and design solutions for this building. Substantiation of construction methods and calculation of the cost of the building. Scope of research- made architectural and construction decisions, calculated the main load-bearing structures of the building foundation slab, column, diaphragm, stairwell, floor slab. Goal of research of the thesis is a designed multi-apartment residential building with built-in public facilities and a basement. This building contains 54 apartments located above the ground floor on 10 residential floors with a total area of 2648 m2.
