Abstract: The presence of such an element in society as a public organization plays an important role in the formation of society and the state on such principles as democracy, rule of law and equality. Exploring this issue in our master’s thesis, we can identify the main characteristics of a public organization as one of the opportunities for people to realize their rights and meet their needs. CSOs in their activities involve socially active citizens who have an active position in life to consider possible ways to develop society in accordance with the basic principles of democracy, and, accordingly, the practical implementation of such innovations. From the moment of birth, everyone has the right to freely express their opinions, to freely express their ideas and visions not only of their future but also of society as a whole, the right to choose also certain responsibilities. The creation of public organizations is primarily intended to enable members of society to form associations to achieve common public goals related to the most pressing and problematic issues of public life. The formation of such organizations is necessary in order to solve various problems, provide assistance or perform a specific function in society. Object of research: the process of activity of the public organization "Tech Startup School". Subject of research: activity and threats avoidance of the public organization "Tech Startup School". The purpose of the master’s work is to find and define theoretical approaches, as well as to develop and substantiate practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the public organization "Tech Startup School". According to the law, the main condition of a non-profit organization is the use of income, investments, donations, charitable contributions only to finance expenses related to the maintenance of such a non-profit organization, the implementation of its purpose, goals, objectives and activities defined in the constituent documents. Research methods: the study used both general and special methods of cognition such as: method of systematic approach, methods of analysis, synthesis, methods of comparison, detailing, deduction, induction, descriptive method and others. Results of work: during the diploma work the strategy which allows to increase efficiency of the organization, namely strategy of growth has been defined. Recommendations for the use of work results: recommendations developed in this diploma work to increase the efficiency of development can be implemented in the activities of the public organization "Tech Startup School".
