Abstract: The thesis deals with the study of the state of reforming the system of technical regulation of Ukraine (systems of metrological activities, standardization, conformity assessment, accreditation and market surveillance) to overcome technical barriers between Ukraine and the EU. An analysis of the preparations for the signing of the ACAA Agreement, which will allow domestic exporters to label their products with the European Mark of Conformity (CE) and sell them freely on the EU market without additional certification.
