Abstract: ANNOTATION Palamarchuk A.A., Khmil R. (head). "Trembita" sanatorium building сonstruction in the village of Mizhhirya, Zakarpattia region. Master’s thesis. Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation The building of the sanatorium "Trembita" - a health and recreation public building, designed for rehabilitation and recreation of employees of the oil and gas complex. The object of research is the implementation of the project with the necessary and main components for its potential implementation. The subject of research - a public building: the building of the sanatorium. The purpose of research: the implementation of standard parts of design documentation, namely architectural and construction, design, technological and organizational, economic ones to create an architectural object. In addition, current research in the field of construction is analyzed (research part). The building of the sanatorium is in the plan in axes 1-14 with a length of 83.2 m, in axes A-G with a width of 13.5 m. The total height of the building is 44.4 m, the height of the basement floor is 3.5 m, the height of typical floors is 3.3 m, the height of the attic floor is 5 m. According to the volume-planning decision the house of sanatorium is of hallway type with width of a hallway of 2,25 m. Reinforced concrete monolithic frame of a public building is designed for the climatic region of the village Mizhhirya, Zakarpattia region according to DBN B.1.2-2: 2006 "Loads and impacts". The calculation and design section contains the calculation of the main building structures. A static calculation of multi-storey frame, the step of which along the building is 6.4 m. Monolithic reinforced concrete floor rests on monolithic reinforced concrete beams. The construction materials of beams and columns are similar. The plates are designed as plates supported on the full edge. Reinforcement of a monolithic slab with a thickness of 130 mm is accepted as continuous from grids with working rods of class Bp-1 in both directions. A gable roof made of steel structures in the form of a two-span frame was also designed. The column and beam of the steel frame of the roof of the public building are designed from a rolled profile (I-beam 30 B1). In the technological part the technological scheme for the casting of concrete individual column footing type is developed. The foundations of the building consist of reinforced concrete foundation and monolithic columns. The calendar schedule for performance of the main construction and installation works is made. It is estimated that the duration of construction of a residential building is 330 working days. In the economic section, I made a local estimate for the main construction and installation work. All calculations are made on the basis of prices and time norms for major construction works as of December 2020. The estimated total cost of the main work`s type of the building is 119774 thousand UAH. The cost of construction of 1 m2 of usable area - 9200 UAH. The topic of scientific research is the study of reinforced concrete structures in difficult operating conditions. It is known that today the most common building material is reinforced concrete. This material has found its application in both industrial and civil construction. It successfully performs load-bearing functions in building structures with a wide range of power loads and other types of action, which are determined by the operating conditions in different environments. Such research is of practical interest, as it will increase the durability of one of the most common building materials, such as concrete and steel, and especially their combination into structural reinforced concrete.
