Abstract: In this diploma project the project of the multifunctional office center which is on the intersection of Stryjska / Ivana Chmola streets is executed. The site is located near one of the main streets of Lviv - Stryjska, so there is always a large flow of traffic and people. The idea of the facade solution of the building was to emphasize the modern articulations of architectural forms by the agreed existing buildings. Many facades of glass and concrete are used on the facades of the building. The newly created center combines 7 different zones - a cafe, a gym, a cafe, a large lobby for meetings, an exhibition gallery, a media library, offices of different classes. The project consists of graphic and text parts. The graphic part presents the schemes of urban analysis of the design area, master plan, floor plans, sections, facades, the main perspective images of the student center building, as well as the analysis of the scientific part. The text is presented in the form of an explanatory note, which consists of four sections: prerequisites for the formation of the architecture of multifunctional office centers, architectural and planning organization of multifunctional office centers, recommendation for designing multifunctional office centers, calculation of estimated cost for UPV.
