Abstract: The work consists of 3 sections, each of which contains three sections. The list of literature sources contains 23. The work consists of scientific work and working drawings. The purpose of the work is to explore the basics of formation and development of architectural wineries in the structure of the village or even the city, the connection of the old production technology with the new, and in itself the combination of architecture with production itself. The subject of research - the formation of high-tech wineries in architecture and their characteristics .. Research boundaries: - Temporal - the study covers the analysis of world modern experience of the XX-XXI centuries; - Territorial - modern production facilities and complexes in the world. Research methods - To solve certain tasks and achieve this goal used a set of research methods: methods of causal analysis, methods of comparative analysis, methods of direct structural analysis, methods of system analysis, modeling. The relevance of this topic is that at the moment in Ukraine there are only a few large wineries. And the potential of winemaking in Ukraine is great, and this leads to the fact that the current wineries do not cope with their raw material capacity. That is why the design of the latest high-tech wineries is in demand in Ukraine at the moment. Another big plus is that Ukraine will start receiving investments from scratch and this will stop the development of the economy and the area. The main task of this project is: creating new jobs and manufacturing products for sale, abroad and for Ukraine. Due to the plant in the village it is planned to develop the tourist business, roads will be improved, as the plant will bring good income, it will be possible to buy raw materials from residents of neighboring villages, so people can even earn. Perhaps the winery will be a solution to financial problems in low-income families, there will be jobs and, in addition, the delivery of private raw materials to the plant for a fee. Key words: Winery, economic development, raw materials, tourist business.
