Abstract: Architectural design and implementation of objects is an organized system of activity, we see that it covers science and art at once, solves aesthetic, engineering, functional, environmental, technological problems. In the formation of a young person’s personality, the way of using personal free time is of great importance, it is a kind of indicator of culture, spiritual needs and interests of a young person or a certain social group. Youth leisure is an integral part of a young person’s lifestyle. Therefore, it is always necessary to consider the way of spending free time as an opportunity to realize the interests of the individual, communication, self-development, self-realization, recovery, and so on. Excessive free time, not properly organized, can pose a serious danger, namely the development of anti-social behavior: alcohol use, drug addiction, crime, which leads to a lack of satisfaction with the needs of cultural leisure and degradation of the person. It is in connection with the need to organize a rational leisure time for young people that we see the need to create a more extensive network of youth camps for recreation and development of individuals and groups of young people. Modern youth movements in Ukraine are a kind of "youth culture", they have different directions according to interests and needs. In view of all these requests, ideas and implementation of projects to create modern recreation and development camps for young people should be formed. Improving the projects and construction of modern youth institutions, namely cultural and recreational camps is an urgent problem today, its solution should be active in all areas from developing concepts of the institution, improving the design and search for new ideas and design solutions to create conditions for full recreation and activities, self-development and self-realization of youth.
