Abstract: Morocco is a crossroads of the Arab East and the Western Mediterranean, represented by Andalusia, and that various art forms of Arab-Muslim art find their full development in traditional architecture. Indeed, architecture allows artists and craftsmen to create magnificent masterpieces. Moroccan architecture has preserved its origins in modern times, which is why it is worth preserving these features even in such modern buildings as shopping malls. They have long been not only a place to buy basic necessities, but also recreation. The designed shopping and entertainment center in the city of Oujda in Morocco combines these functions. The building has 30 premises of the trade group - grocery and non-food stores, of various sizes and purposes (supermarkets, boutiques, shops, etc.). The entertainment function is represented by a 10-lane bowling alley, with a seating area, billiards and a cinema with 5 cinemas, food courts. Organized underground and ground parking. The exterior of the building is made in a modern style with an emphasis on Moroccan elements in architecture: Arches are used in driveways, entrances and windows; niche rows on the facades of the building; the use of a small amount of glass, which is more due to the large amount of solar radiation; creation of a recreational area with fountains. Another important element is the use of metal facades - aluminum composite panels, the main function of which is the ventilation of the facade, in addition, the surface of one module of the facade can be applied to any texture. This shopping and entertainment center should become a new place for locals to spend time, as well as high profitability can be achieved through accommodation (near the city center, railway junction and departure to the airport).
