Abstract: Bud D.А, Sai V.М., (supervisor) Analysis of water fund lands (on the example) of Ternopil region. Master thesis. - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation Water resources play a major socio - economic, environmental and biosphere role. The component structure of water fund lands determined by VKU is the basis for establishing the legal regime of their use [1,2]. Excessive economic activity in rivers has led to a significant violation of the relationship between stabilizing and destructive subsystems, which has led to a significant reduction in ecological stability of landscapes and the development of erosion processes [3,4]. The characteristics of the objects of the water fund of Ternopil region are made. The analysis of the database on water bodies and lands of the water fund has been performed. A land management project has been developed to allocate a land plot for the water fund. The current regulations of Ukraine fully ensure the implementation of land management works in relation to land lease. In this work, geodetic work was performed in establishing the boundaries of the land in kind (on the ground). According to the results of the control it is established that the works are performed in full and meet the requirements of regulatory and technical documents. The calculation of the monetary value of the land plot has been performed and the rent for water objects has been determined. The object of the study is a land plot of water fund for fishery needs. The subject of the study is the development of a land management project for the allocation of land water fund for fishery needs. The purpose of the study is to study the current state of the water fund of land for water management purposes and to develop a draft allotment to establish the boundaries of the land for fishery needs. Research results. The analysis of water bodies of Ternopil region is performed. Research shows that the leading place in the Ternopil region. falls on the rivers. The territory of this region. has a dense geographical water network [1]. 1401 rivers flow through the territory of the region, the length of which is 6066 km. It is also established that there are 1396 small rivers with a length of 5181 km. Artificial reservoirs - reservoirs and ponds in our time have become a characteristic element of the landscape of Ternopil region. As a result of the analysis it is established that in the territory of the region. There are 26 reservoirs with a volume of 79.3 million m3. Their area is 3579 hectares. It has been determined that reservoirs are used for fish farming and other purposes. On the basis of the performed researches it is established that the territory of the region is 886 ponds, with a total area of 5,627 thousand hectares. Most ponds are in Buchach (105), Shum (90) and Husiatyn (85) districts. More than 50% of the region’s rates are used on lease terms. Water fund lands were surveyed. Areas under the lands of the water fund are 19.4 thousand hectares, including under rivers and streams 5.8 thousand hectares, canals - 2.9 thousand hectares, reservoirs and other unnatural reservoirs - 10.7 thousand hectares . Thus, the lands of the water fund are quite large areas of Ternopil region. The actual task of creating an ecological passport rate is considered. The passport rate is a standard summary of the main data on the water regime, the use of natural resources, physical and geographical features, and its ecological situation, as well as the development of recommendations for improving the resilience of the ecological system [5]. Most often, a water passport is issued for objects (ponds) rented for fish farming. It should contain information about the rules of operation of the facility. Water passports for water bodies are developed by specialized design organizations. The water management passport of a reservoir in which all characteristics of a reservoir are given is made: the area, depth, volumes of water (forced, useful, sanitary). Data on the main hydrological characteristics of the reservoir are given. The characteristic of water users is reflected. Due to such certification, the rate will be subject to control over all standards of use and protection of water body. According to the research results, a longitudinal profile of the pond was constructed. The description of a modern condition of the ground area is resulted. Complicated explication. The description of technology of performance of supervision is resulted. Field work is performed using GPS - surveillance and electronic total station. Calculated coordinates of the land plot and calculated area. In-house works were performed using the Digital program. A 50 m wide coastal protection strip has been created around the pond. The main purpose of the coastal strip is to protect the water body from pollution. Control of field work and acceptance of materials was carried out at all stages of work. According to the results of the control it is established that the works are performed in full and meet the requirements of regulatory and technical documents. The result of the complex of in-house works is the creation of graphic materials of the land management project.
