Abstract: Danyliuk V.O., Sai V.M. (supervisor). Study of the land management project regarding the allocation of a plot of land for agricultural purposes. Master’s qualification thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022 Extended abstract The processes of globalization of the economy, the formation of space for the development of farming require the search for new approaches to the construction of the organizational and economic mechanism of their functioning [1]. This is due to the fact that the effective development of farms depends on the management system and organization of activities [2-3]. Solving the problems faced by the farming industry is possible under the condition of creating proper state support, sufficient financial and credit support and a motivational basis for employees capable of effective activity [4]. An analysis of the legislation on farming in Ukraine was carried out. The problems of legislative regulation of farming activities are studied. Proposals for improving modern legislation on farming have been formulated. The main stages of field geodetic work and camera processing of measurement results are given. The stages and key factors of sustainable development of family farming in Poland are revealed. Taking into account the successful European experience and national characteristics, the prospects for the development of family farms in Poland are outlined. The purpose of the work is to develop a land management project regarding the allocation of a plot of land for farming. The object of the study is the process of developing a land management project regarding the allocation of a plot of land for lease for farming. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the development of a land management project regarding the allocation of a land plot for lease for farming. Research results. As a result of the analysis of the legislation on farming in Ukraine, it was established that it is an important institute of agrarian legislation of Ukraine [5]. The main areas of development of the legislation on farms are the following: proper regulation of the legal status of individual entrepreneurs engaged in farming, regulation of land and property relations in such farms, as well as legislative consolidation of state support measures for family farms. The performed analysis of farms in the Ivano-Frankivsk region confirmed that the majority of farm lands - 78% - are leased. The maximum share of land in ownership did not exceed 9.5%. On average, farms conclude contracts for the lease of a plot of land with an area of 1.2 hectares. The average price of renting a hectare for a farm in the region is UAH 2,500. For production activities in 2021, farms owned and used 33,000 hectares of agricultural land. In 2014-2016, compared to 2010, the number of farm workers decreased by 20%. The production structure is characterized by the absolute dominance of crop production over livestock production. In the production of plant products, farmers prefer crops that are in high demand, do not require large costs and offer profitable opportunities. The yield of all this year FG crops is higher than the yield of this year. companies, all categories of households, except fruit and vegetable products. Animal husbandry is well developed and not widespread among farmers due to the laboriousness of the process. Conducted field and camera work on cadastral surveys using modern devices. Surveying the territory of the land plot was carried out using the GNSS observation method. The results of the work on establishing the boundaries of the land plot on the terrain were obtained with due accuracy. The processing of the performed measurements was done in the Digital program. The text and graphic part of the land management documentation was compiled, and an exchange file in XML format was also created. From the analysis of the current state of family farming in Poland, it was established that within the framework of the implementation of Poland’s experience in the development of family farming, Ukraine should take into account its own historical and economic prerequisites for the development of agriculture, the formed mentality of rural residents, the realities of the development of the agricultural sector and the key interests of all agricultural producers without exception. It has been proven that family farms should become the dominant driving force in the development of rural areas and the establishment of food and ecological security, socio-economic stability in Ukraine.
