Abstract: Seniuk K.M., Khavar Y.S. (head). Research of the methodology of management works on land inventory on the example of Vinnytsia’s microdistrict. Master’s qualification work. – National University «Lviv Polytechnic», Lviv, 2022. Extended annotation. Land inventory is carried out with the purpose of obtaining actual and reliable information about objects of land management, their limits, dimensions, legal status, detection of the state of use of land: lands not used, used irrational or not according to the purpose, identification of lands which need conservation, contaminated lands, establishment of quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Land inventory is carried out taking into account the principles of planning, reliability and completeness of data, consistency and compliance with the requirements of the current legislation [1-4]. Today the State Land Cadastre (SLC) is characterized by a large number of problems, insufficient reliability and completeness of the existing land cadastral information. Land registration, in particular by means of inventory, promotes full realization of the managerial potential of state authorities and local self-government bodies in the sphere of formation of land fund and rational land use [3]. For practical realization of theoretical provisions the study of methods of work with land administration concerning land inventory on an example of a microdistrict, limited by streets Keletska, M. Vashchuka, Stelmaha in the city of Vinnytsia. The normative-legal support, methodical and scientific sources of carrying out of works on land inventory at realization of land management, as well as development of specialists of department of cadastre of territories of Lviv Polytechnic National University [5-8] have been analyzed. The developed set of works for the purpose of forming the documentation on land administration on inventory of the land of communal property of the object of researches for introduction of these data in the State Land Cadastre. The conducted inventory work made it possible to systematize information about land plots, their owners (users) and determine directions of rational use of land, to identify problems, risks and other factors that lead to loss of revenues to the budget of Vinnytsia city territorial community. Thus, the holding of high-quality land inventory reveals the current situation of the land fund on the inventory object, which allows to provide social and economic interests of the united territorial community or individual neighborhoods, effective use of its potential, planning of long-term development of the territory, as well as rational use of land. The object of the research is the land of communal property of the city Vinnytsia within the limits of the neighborhood, limited by streets Keletska, M. Vashchuka, Stelmaha. The subject of the research is the development of a complex of works on land management in relation to land inventory within the corresponding microdistrict of the city Vinnytsia. The purpose of the research: research of methods of work on land management in relation to land inventory on the example of the neighborhood of Vinnitsa. Results of the survey. An important source of objective and sufficient information on land is its inventory. The result of which is the identification of actually available lands, land plots and all supporting documents on their rights, bringing all data in accordance with the existing state on the local level. The following works on land inventory were carried out: survey, topographic-geodetic, design-survey. The formation of technical documentation in paper and electronic form took place at the last stage. With the help of software "Digitals" is made cartographic material: working and consolidated inventory plans, cadastral plans of land plots. The total area of the investigated neighborhood in the city Vinnytsia is 31,7349 ha, area of restrictions is 13,7882 ha. These are security zones around transport, communications, energy systems, and engineering communications. Within the neighborhood formed 195 land plots of communal ownership, area and configuration of each of them, previously approved by the Department of Land Resources Vinnytsia City Council. Cadastral plans for each land plot have been developed, with the indication of restrictions on their use. Land plots were registered in the State Land Cadastre and assigned cadastral numbers to them. The research part of master’s qualification work consisted in presentation of the main problems revealed during the land inventory of the object of researches and the proposals on conducting the State Land Cadastre on the state and local levels.
