Abstract: Pre-medical first aid is urgent actions and organizational measures aimed at saving a person’s life in an emergency, reducing the number of negative results that affect human health, carried out at the scene by ordinary people who do not have medical education but possess basic practical skills for saving the life of a person in an emergency. Its main goal is to eliminate the causes that threaten the victim and prevent the development of complications [1]. Unfortunately, now our country lives in a state of war, choosing its own independence. That is why there are often centers of mass injuries, both in the military and in civilians. The successful provision of care before the arrival of an ambulance also depends on the correct order of victims for the provision of first aid. 2006-2007 can be considered the beginning of the introduction of pre-medical education in Ukraine. It was during this period that laws on the provision of emergency aid by eyewitnesses and their legal protection against prosecution by victims or their relatives began to be signed. All over the world, such laws are known as "good Samaritan protection". Pre-medical assistance is regulated in our country by many regulatory and legal documents. Not only officials but also ordinary medical workers, and medical and pharmaceutical educational institutions are constantly working on improving such laws. After the events of February 24, 2022, the main order of the Ministry of Health was adopted, which regulates the procedure for providing pre-medical care in each of the possible conditions. It was adopted on March 15, 2022, the order of the Ministry of Health No. 488 "Methodical recommendations for the provision of emergency medical care to victims at the pre-hospital stage in the conditions of hostilities/martial law". It was preceded by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the approval of the State program for the creation of a unified system of providing emergency medical care" No. 1290 dated November 5, 2017. Everyone should know the basics of first aid, because before the arrival of the medics, there is precious time when it is possible to save a life or prevent the deterioration of the condition. You should start rescuing the victim only when you are sure that you can do it. In view of that, creating a system of analysis and providing recommendations for pre-medical care is an urgent task. The object of the research is the process of analyzing the input data and providing recommendations to the user according to the input data for the effective provision of pre-medical care. The subject of the research is the methods, means, and algorithms of machine learning for solving task during work. The purpose of the study: development and deployment of the "System of analysis and provision of recommendations for pre-medical care", which will correct the shortcomings of existing analogs. This system will help to significantly minimize the mortality of victims at the pre-hospital stage, inform citizens about the algorithm of actions in various traumatic conditions, raise the level of awareness of citizens, and prepare citizens for possible dangerous health conditions during military and civilian conditions. One of the main tasks was to create a model trained on statistical data that could determine the nature of the injury and recommend an appropriate solution. The formed solution is generated by using supervised learning, in the role of which feedback from medical teams or doctors is used [3]. The medical classification of damage types is used to determine the type of injury. In order to help uninformed users, and to create more reliable input, the program will suggest possible answer options (what the injury most closely resembles). The innovativeness of the work results is that the developed system has a search for recommendations based on the entered symptoms, and not only on a specific diagnosis. None of the analyzed and known systems has such functionality. During the performance of the qualification work, the specifics of this problem and its theoretical basis were analyzed and described. With the help of the conducted system analysis [2], the problem was delivered and the methods of its solution were given. The selection of software tools for the implementation of tasks was carried out and an economic assessment of the feasibility of developing a software product was carried out. After conducting the above-mentioned studies, a system of analysis and provision of recommendations for pre-medical care was developed in the form of a website and placed on the global Internet. Keywords - emergency situation, pre-medical assistance, recommender system, design, supervised learning. References. 1. Volyans?kyy P.B., Makarenko A.M.
