Abstract: The modern world of industry, business and economy is impossible to imagine without freight. By transporting goods and resources, different countries can import and export goods, changing their economies, and different businesses and shops can interact, order, and place goods. The field of freight transportation is more relevant today than ever. To develop it, many countries are building road infrastructure, upgrading trucks, and creating new software that increases efficiency, quality, and transportation safety. Alternative ways to solve the problems of long-distance transportation of goods are such as river transport, air transport, and rail transport. But all of them do not have one big disadvantage - they can not deliver the goods clearly to the right place [1]. One of the facts of freight detection is the planning of the European Union to build new logistics correctors, the creation of which is planned for 2025-2030. In total, it is planned to create and improve 8 corridors: «Blue Banana», British, Irish, Iberian, Central European, North Sea Corridor, Black Sea, Baltic [2]. Analyzing software products that already exist in the industry, you can see that most of them have an inconvenient design and user interface, using outdated technology and each of these products that do not contain the required function. Some of these products are based on tracking only, which provides functional communication and interaction between different parties to freight. For further detailed study of the prospects of this information system, a price tree was described, as well as a system based on the object-oriented approach was introduced. The object of research is the process of laying the route and monitoring cargo transportation. The subject of the research are methods and means of implementation of the project of the system of road laying and monitoring of cargo transportation. The purpose of the study: to introduce convenient functionality for tracking freight, online writing off contracts, as well as financial transactions using the created system. The result of the study is the implementation of software that provides users with the comfort and solution of problems in the field of freight. Developed software to use the following parts: • server part, which quickly and quickly issues user records; • a database that stores your transactions and personal information of users and protects it from unauthorized access, users can not be afraid for their personal data; • a client that has a user-friendly graphical interface and all the necessary functions, as well as elements of statistics required for freight.
