Abstract: Dumych A.V., Haivanovych N.V. (supervisor). Research on the supply chain reliability and optimization of logistics activities of PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine" - Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. Extended abstract Today, as a result of the significant impact of the COVID 19 pandemic in 2019 and a full-scale war in 2022, it is relevant for managers, scientists and researchers to study the problems of logistics management at enterprises in Ukraine in order to ensure the reliability of supply chains and optimize logistics processes. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the modern sector of the furniture industry conducts its business in extremely difficult economic conditions, therefore it is necessary to ensure the reliability of supply chains and optimize logistics processes. Scientists E. Krykavskyi, N. Gaivanovych, N. Chornopiyshka, M. Fertch, O. Pokhilchenko and others conducted research and discussion of the reliability of supply chains and optimization of logistics activities. The purpose of the qualifying master’s work is research and theoretical generalization of the basics of supply chain management in unstable conditions, analysis of logistics activities and reliability of supply chains of PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine". Based on the research, development of logistic optimization solutions for its activities. The object of the study is PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine", its logistics activities, and the sustainability of functioning supply chains. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of optimization of the logistics system of the enterprise PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine". In the process of completing the master’s qualification work, such research methods were applied as: methods of economic, factor and statistical analysis; graphic modeling; vertical and horizontal analysis; comparison; systematization; generalization; expert assessment; economic-statistical and financial-economic analysis. The master’s thesis consists of an introduction, three sections and conclusions. In the first chapter of the master’s thesis, a study of the theoretical foundations of the reliability of supply chains and the optimization of the enterprise’s logistics activities in wartime conditions was conducted. In the section, it was established that today, in order to maintain service at a consistently high level, companies need to adapt to preserve production potential in conditions of full-scale war, complicated logistics, and physical relocation of suppliers and customers. A study of the main trends in supply chains of manufacturing enterprises in 2022 was carried out: localization of supply chains; inventory and delivery forecasting; using delivery crowdsourcing and multiple logistics partners; transition to "last mile" delivery solutions; return supply chain management; reducing the carbon footprint for sustainable development. The second research and analytical section contains an analysis of the economic indicators of VKP "Aria-Ukraine" for the period 2018-2021. During the analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators, it was established that the dynamics of assets during the years 2018-2021 is increasing. The ability of the enterprise to repay its obligations on time was revealed According to the company, it can be said that the balance sheet at the end of the year is liquid, because each group of assets covers a comparable group of liabilities of the company. The company is solvent and creditworthy. In the third chapter of the master’s qualification work, a study of supply chains and optimization of logistics processes at PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine" two recommended measures were introduced: 1) determination of the optimal batch of the order and selection of suppliers; 2) optimization of the storage system at PE "VKP" Aria-Ukraine". The practical significance of the master’s work lies in the obtained research results, which will help enterprises to effectively improve the reliability of supply chains and optimize logistics activities as a whole. Keywords: logistics, logistics system, optimization of logistics activities, reliability of supply chains, optimization of the supply system, optimization of the storage system. References 1. E.V.
