Abstract: Mekh V.R., Chornopyska N.V. (supervisor). Research on the supply chain resilience and optimization of the logistics activities of LLC TPC "Lvivholod" during wartime. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. Extended abstract The full-scale full scale invasion that stared as a result of the russian federation aggression against Ukraine has brought significant changes to the economy functions conditions. The impact of the war was felt by all supply chains, from the destruction of production and logistics infrastructure to the shortage of electricity supply, which actualized the problem of managing the resilience of supply chains. Many scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists are devoted to the theoretical and applied aspects study of this problem, like, Krykavskyy Y, Chornopyska, N., Hayvanovych N, . Florian Lucker, Ralf W. Seifert, Ismahane Belkacem Bouzida[1, 2, 3, 4, 5] and others. The purpose of the master’s thesis is a theoretical generalization of the principles and approaches to the management of supply chains in crisis conditions, the analysis of the operation of supply chains in wartime conditions, and the design of optimization logistic solutions for the activities of the enterprise under study. The object of the study is the logistics activity of Lvivholod LLC, which is engaged in the sale of consumer goods through the store network of TM "Rukavychka". The subject of the study is approaches and methods of supply chain management in wartime conditions. Research methods used in the work: generalization and classification; comparative analysis; vertical and horizontal analysis; Ishikawa diagram; economic analysis; the method of applying the grid and calculating the center of gravity; graphical method. The concept of sustainability of the supply chain is considered in the work; studied the factors affecting stability; a study of types of failures and stages of failure development was conducted; supply chain resilience strategies and disruption prevention concepts are discussed. The supply chains of Lvivholod LLC, its organizational structure in terms of the entire enterprise and the logistics department were analyzed. An analysis of the main indicators of economic activity was carried out. The activity of the enterprise in terms of planning needs, inventory management, activities of the logistics center is characterized. The main factors of the impact of the war on the activity of the enterprise were determined and analyzed. The change in the product structure of the enterprise and the change in the share of imports were studied. Disruptions related to combat operations are depicted, adaptive approaches and measures to increase resilience are proposed. The "bottlenecks" of the supply chain and the cause-and-effect relationships of the shift in the sustainability of the supply chain are determined. The need for an auxiliary logistics center has been identified. The need for stores and supply capacity was analyzed, the optimal location was calculated, and a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages was carried out. The expediency of transportation insourcing is substantiated. The goods flow of the enterprise and its seasonality were calculated, the appropriate transport was chosen, the planned capital and operating costs were calculated, and a comparative characteristic of insourced and outsourced transportation was carried out, recommendations were given.
