Abstract: Popova Y.V., Dovgun O.S. (supervisor). The research and improvement of logistics at LLC TPС «Lvivkholod» on the retail market. – Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University. Lviv, 2022. Extended annotation. Almost all interpretations of logistics management carry such concepts as "flow" and "process", so it is important to distinguish them and comprehensive characteristics, because they are the basic basis of logistics management [1]. The National Standard of Ukraine DSTU ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management Systems) also identifies a process approach as a key mechanism for managing the organization and improving its efficiency [2]. The introduction of logistics in the management system leads to "blurring" of the boundaries between the functional areas of the enterprise, as well as the powers and responsibilities of departments. This is due to the implementation of the principles of end-to-end management of material flow and its quality, general accounting to minimize costs, integration and coordination of actions of different units [3]. It is important to introduce into the enterprise management system algorithmization of business processes, which will accelerate the execution of these processes, information flows and increase the efficiency of the system as a whole [4]. Among the main logistics processes in recent years, increasing attention is paid to reversible flows in the enterprise, which creates the basis for the development of optimal turnover management strategy, which is especially important for retail operators under the influence of extended producer responsibility mechanisms. It is established that the development of reverse logistics is an integral requirement of modern economic systems. Effective management of reversible material flows helps to increase the profitability and efficiency of companies, reduces the cost of disposal or disposal of products, as well as promotes the reuse of goods. Effective implementation of the functions of reversible logistics requires clear and well-established control of the movement of inventories, accounting and processing of information flows, documentation and design of return processes and organization of disposal [5]. The object of research is the logistics system of the enterprise, in particular - the course of logistics processes at LLC TPС «Lvivkholod». The subject of the research is the main aspects of logistics processes management at LLC TPС «Lvivkholod» and their optimization. The purpose of the study: a comprehensive analysis of logistics processes at the enterprise and identify problems that arise in the promotion of material flow in the integrated retail system, as well as the development of recommendations for solving logistics problems at LLC TPС «Lvivkholod». Research methods used in this process: comparison, index, balance, graphic, economic-mathematical and other methods of economic justification, as well as systematization and generalization (to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the management of logistics processes of the enterprise), economic and statistical , analytical structural-logical, graphic, etc. Results of the research. As a result of the study, a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise management system, logistics activities and the main logistics processes at the enterprise was obtained, the concepts of "retail" and "retail trade" were defined, their comparison, analysis of the state of the retail industry in Ukraine, as well as its development both at the national and international level, the main trends in Ukrainian business as of today are highlighted. The work analyzed the retail industry in Ukraine in terms of the changes caused by the start of a full-scale military invasion, as well as the study of the logistics activities of Lvivholod before the crisis period, and a comparison with the specifics of the company’s activities during the war, so that in the future to develop and propose anti-crisis changes for implementation, which will ensure not only the survival of the company, but also provide conditions for stable growth and financial stability despite the crisis. Identification of the company’s internal risks and quantification of financial risks were also carried out, as well as recommendations for effective cash flow management. As an example, the calculation of the "manual" plan is given. Optimization was carried out with the help of modeling in order to increase production capacity due to the purchase and replacement of MAUP-5 with MAUP-18. In the outgoing model, we have two products of TM "Rukavychka": potatoes in nets (25 kg) and packaged potatoes in plastic bags (5 kg). After optimization, if we analyze the productivity for exactly one hour of the robot, the productivity of the MAUS-25 remained unchanged (480 meshes of potatoes), while the productivity of the MAUP-18 increased almost three times - up to 1,600 packages per hour (compared to 600 pcs. on MAUP-5). In the last point, general recommendations were given for the optimization of the logistics activities of the enterprise, in particular, thanks to the forecasting function, a forecast financial result was created from the usual activities of Lvivholod TEC LLP. Thanks to the implementation of the recommendations, a probable decrease in sales costs by UAH 76,156,000 is predicted in the future. up to 1,011,792 thousand UAH. (in a positive scenario), which will generally affect the financial result as well. If we take a real scenario, then the possible effect can be described as a reduction in costs by 3-5%, but given that the company’s turnover did not decrease even after the full-scale war, and also thanks to the influx of new customers in the west and due to the continuous development of e-commerce and the demand for door-to-door delivery, these recommendations should be implemented and a positive forecast should be expected. Keywords: logistics, logistics flow, logistics process, retail, optimization of logistics processes, reverse flows, algorithmization of business processes.
