Extended abstract Effective logistics is currently one of the key factors in the successful operation of enterprises, timely deliveries of raw materials, components or finished products affect the production process and the image of the company. The difficulty in finding reliable transport and the need to complete a multitude of documents for international transportation make transport and forwarding services the most relevant. In particular, the further formation and development of a market economy in Ukraine should be accompanied by intensive development of the "cold" logistics market, where special attention must be paid to building connections between operators of the cold supply chain, manufacturers of perishable goods, and trade networks. The issues of certification, standardization, product sorting, operational efficiency of transport and warehouse logistics, and most importantly, the study of the changing environment and assessment of the impact of risks will play a special role in the scheme of building connections. This especially applies to transportation by road transport with constant changes in the logistics of the selected routes, which depends both on the driver and on the corresponding infrastructure in the presence of increased risks. Thus, there is an urgent need to develop a risk classification system for cargo transportation by road, and the works aimed at solving this problem are relevant and modern. On the basis of the above, there is a need to offer effective ways of identifying risks and methods of minimizing the negative impact of risks during cargo transportation by road. The review of scientific works showed that many authors pay attention to the problem of classification of risks that often arise during freight transportation by road and methods of minimizing their negative impact, in particular: E. V. Krykavskyi [1,3,4], O. A. Pokhilchenko. [1,3,4], Haivanovych N.V. [1], Chornopyska N.V. [2,4] and others. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and practical principles of managing the risks of freight transportation, substantiating practical recommendations for optimizing technologies for the implementation of transport and forwarding services for perishable goods. Also, the aim of the work is to increase the economic safety of cargo transportation by road due to the interest of insurance companies in the organization of insurance protection for the owners of both cargo and road transport, by studying the totality and classification of risks arising during transportation. The object of the study is "ITRANS LOGISTICS" LLC - a transport and forwarding company that operates in the logistics market today in conditions of complete uncertainty. The subject of the study is the theoretical, scientific-methodical, practical aspects of analysis, evaluation and improvement of risk management in the implementation of freight forwarding services. Research results. In the master’s qualification work, the essence of the cargo transportation process, the concept of transport and forwarding service of perishable cargo was investigated; consider the problems and prospects for the development of the automotive industry and analyze the prospects for the development of the fresh logistics segment and its participants; identify risks and classify them in the process of cargo transportation. An analysis of the financial, economic and logistics activities of ITRANS LOGISTICS LLC, a transport company that provides transport and forwarding services, was carried out, in particular, the potential of the logistics system of ITRANS LOGISTICS LLC was determined, the logistics processes related to the movement of perishable goods of ITRANS LOGISTICS LLC were investigated. . A solution to the risk assessment of international freight transportation is proposed and ways to minimize their negative impact on the company are proposed; an assessment of the quality of transport services of "ITRANS LOGISTIK" LLC was carried out; factors of the efficiency of transportation of perishable goods of ITRANS LOGISTIK LLC were investigated.
