Ukrainian enterprises face the task of properly organizing their financial and economic activities in order to prevent the onset of a financial crisis, but if it does occur, to quickly get out of it [1-3]. Solving this task is a rather difficult matter, which is solved in the process of anti-crisis financial management. The implementation of such management measures should be based on an analysis of the company’s current financial condition. Thanks to this analysis, weak points of financial and economic work are established, reserves and ways to improve the financial condition of companies are found, which are then implemented in the preparation of an anti-crisis financial management program. The implementation of this program often determines the exit of enterprises from a financial crisis. The purpose of this work is to justify the recommendations aimed at improving the process of anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise. The essence of crisis situations in the company’s activities, the key reasons for their occurrence and the types of these situations are considered. The purpose and tasks of implementing the process of anti-crisis financial management of enterprises, the key principles and stages of such management are described. Analysis of the composition of working capital available at Technoart-Lviv LLC, assessment of their liquidity and turnover was carried out. The financial condition of this enterprise was assessed. The propensity of Technoart-Lviv LLC to its bankruptcy was established depending on the scenarios of the dynamics of the future profit of this enterprise. The diagnosis of the propensity of Technoart-Lviv LLC to bankruptcy was carried out by establishing the estimated value of its loan potential. Management solutions have been developed to improve the anti-crisis financial management process at Technoart-Lviv LLC. In particular, the reasonable amount of receivables and payables of Technoart-Lviv LLC and the inventory of this enterprise was established. The object of research in the work is the limited liability company "Technoart-Lviv". The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological provisions of anti-crisis financial management. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the improved method of regulating the return of loans taken by firms. In order to solve the tasks, the following methods were used: the analysis method - to perform an assessment of the financial condition of the firm "Technoart-Lviv"; economic and mathematical modeling - to develop a method of regulating the return of loans taken by the organization; abstraction - to assess the propensity of the considered firm to bankruptcy; deduction - to diagnose the financial condition; induction - in the study of theoretical provisions on anti-crisis financial management. The practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of applying the results obtained in it in the practice of the work of Technoart-Lviv LLC when planning anti-crisis financial management measures. This work consists of an introduction, four chapters that contain paragraphs, conclusions and a list of sources used.
