Abstract: Demchuk I. V., Leonova S. V. (supervisor). Research on the supply chain efficiency and optimization of the logistics network of «Radyvylivmoloko» LLC. Master’s qualifying work. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. Extended abstract A supply chain is a network of individuals and companies involved in creating a product and delivering it to the consumer. Chain links start with raw material producers and end when the final consumer receives the finished product [1]. Supply chain management is a key process because an optimized supply chain leads to lower costs and a more efficient production cycle. Companies strive to improve their supply chains in order to reduce their costs and ensure a high level of competitiveness [2-3]. The goal of supply chain management is to maximize total value and minimize total costs created by the supply chain [4-5]. This can be determined by the difference between what the customer is willing to pay for the final product and the total costs of the supply chain. It is also necessary to highlight two main directions in which supply chain management processes work to increase the level of profitability of the enterprise - this is the growth of income from the sale of products thanks to the improvement of service, accurate supply, determination of forecasted demand; reduction of total costs due to the optimal amount of stocks in the warehouse, improvement of the company’s capacities. Existing methods for determining the total logistics costs of a supply chain include many different indicators. One of them is efficiency - the most important component of the company’s activity, as it is a kind of indicator that broadcasts how rationally the company works, assessing the competence of the organization and the correctness of activity planning, the contribution of each employee to the development of the company with the aim of constant improvement and strengthening in the market among competitors . This indicator shows the level of economy and effectiveness of the use of the company’s resources. To improve the efficiency of supply chain management, companies use innovative upgrades and capital investments that do not always make significant changes. Therefore, it is also worth paying attention to the professionalism of managers, constantly improving their knowledge, in order to achieve the goals of the enterprise. It is also necessary to increase the visibility of the logistics network, automate business processes, and develop the company’s software. All this has a direct impact on increasing the efficiency of the supply chain. Since the safety and reliability of the supply chain is a major concern in the dairy sector, there is a need to build a well-established logistics network that will meet the established requirements and standards for product production and quality. The purpose of the research of the master’s qualification work: substantiation and formation of practical recommendations regarding the study of the efficiency of supply chains and optimization of the logistics network of Radyvylivmoloko LLC. The object of the study is the logistics system of the limited liability company Radyvylovmoloko. The subject of the study is theoretical aspects and practical provisions regarding the study of the efficiency of supply chains and optimization of the logistics network of Radyvylivmoloko LLC. Research methods. The following methods were used to solve the tasks in the process of completing the master’s qualification work: methods of economic and statistical analysis; abstract-logical; systematization, grouping and generalization; observation and modeling; tabular and graphic methods of presenting information. To obtain analytical information, statistical reporting data, namely the financial state of the enterprise, were taken. The abstract-logical method is used to identify relationships between elements of the logistics network. Statistical analysis was applied to analyze the efficiency of the logistics network of Radyvylivmoloko LLC. The comparison method, which was used to compare financial indicators and performance indicators of supply chains, was used to optimize the supply system of Radyvylivmoloko LLC. The results of the study will help enterprises in practice to implement recommended measures for the efficiency of supply chains and optimization of the logistics network, in particular, reducing total costs, optimizing the logistics network, increasing the profitability of the enterprise, and improving indicators of the efficiency of supply chains. The ways of optimization of supply chain management formed in the master’s qualification work will help to increase the level of competitiveness of the company in the market of milk and dairy products by optimizing the logistics network and increasing the efficiency indicators of supply chains. Key words: logistics, supply chain, logistics network, optimization of logistics network, efficiency of supply chain, management of supply chain. References 1.
