The European integration processes taking place in the national economy require solving the organizational and economic problems of forming effective supply chains that can ensure the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods on the European market. The growing importance of supply chain management is associated with the development of outsourcing, increased competition and the emergence new forms of competition in the context of globalization and integration, as well as the development of information technologies, logistics, the expansion of the range of logistics services and the growing role of logistics providers. Logistics is a field of knowledge that allows you to optimize the entire process movement of financial, information and, most importantly, material flows, affects most of the business processes of the enterprise and is an integrated system of enterprise management. The object of work is the general principles and patterns of supply chain management. The subject of the study is the management of logistics processes in the supply chain of LLC ROMUS-POLIGRAF, which operates on the stationery and workwear market. The purpose of this work is consists in the substantiation of measures and recommendations for design, management and evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of supply chains, identification of appropriate measures to optimize costs at the enterprise. The research findings. In the master’s qualification work, a review and systematization of the theoretical and methodological aspects supply chain management, the content and significance of the optimization of logistics costs were carried out. The second chapter presents the characteristics the domestic market office supplies and special clothing, an analysis of the production, economic and logistics activities of LLC ROMUS-POLIGRAF was carried out. The results of the work are the substantiation of decisions regarding the improvement the supply chain and the development proposals to optimize the costs of optimization of LLC ROMUS-POLIGRAF.
