Abstract: Social entrepreneurship is one of the most important areas in entrepreneurial activity, as it focuses on identifying and recognizing the problems of humanity and achieving positive social change through the application of entrepreneurial principles, and is developing as an important tool for achieving sustainable development and change in society. Social entrepreneurship is a process of reorganization and inventive use of opportunities to create social value for society. That is why this phenomenon plays an important role in the modern and competitive world. Comprehensive methodological and methodological studies on the general problems of social entrepreneurship were conducted by such domestic and foreign scientists as A. Komisarenko [1], A. Kornetsky [2], B. Kosovich [3], M. Naumova [4], S. Osipova [5], Y. Sytnyk [7], Bornstein, G. Sefenson, J. Wei-Skillern. The object of the master’s work is the process of forming the mechanism of social entrepreneurship on the example of enterprises in Lviv region. The subject of the master’s work is the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of social entrepreneurship research on the example of enterprises of Lviv region. The purpose of the master’s work is to systematize the theoretical and methodological provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for social entrepreneurship on the example of enterprises of Lviv region. Achieving this goal involves solving the following tasks: - to reveal the essence and objectives of social entrepreneurship; - to study the methods of state regulation and support of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine; - to analyze foreign experience of strategic regulation of social entrepreneurship; - to summarize the state of development of social entrepreneurship in Lviv region; - to identify promising areas for improving the state regulation of social entrepreneurship under martial law. In the first section of the master’s qualification work the theoretical aspects of the interpretation of social entrepreneurship are considered. The second section of the master’s qualification work analyzes social entrepreneurship in Ukraine and Lviv region. In the third section of the master’s qualification work, recommendations for improving social entrepreneurship under martial law are developed.
