Abstract: Honcharuk O.A., Lys S.S. (head). The analysis of compressed air systems for pneumatic actuators of fittings and clean of technological blowouts of reactor at the Rivne NPP. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. The compressed air system for pneumatic actuators is designed for: 1. ensuring the operation of pneumatic actuators of high-speed pneumatic shut-off valves with high-pressure compressed air in the range from 45 kgf / cm2 (4.41 MPa) to 50 kgf / cm2 (4.9 MPa); 2. filling of starting cylinders and control cylinders of diesel generators; 3. supply of compressed air for bubbling washing of GHG; 4. ensuring the operation of hardware complexes of air switches of the generator (KAG-24). The air supply system of pneumatic valves of valves operates in all modes of normal operation of the reactor unit, in case of violations of normal operation and in case of accidents, including de-energization of the power unit, except for emergencies related to the localization of the seal. The criterion for performing the functions of the air supply system of pneumatic actuators is the provision of compressed air actuators with compressed air. The system of cleaning technological blows (special gas cleaning) of the reactor compartment is used to clean technological blows from radioactive contamination coming from the next technological equipment of the reactor compartment in all modes of operation of the power unit. In addition, you can periodically connect the blower with: 1. hydrotank SAOZ; 2. heat exchangers and emergency cooling pipelines; 3. Heat exchanger cooling pool endurance. The criterion for the system to perform its functions is to ensure the purification of gas blows to reduce the concentration of IRG by 2-2.5 orders of magnitude for the volume activity of these gases 5-50 Ki / m3 (under normal conditions). The system operates in all modes of normal operation of the power unit, including transient modes, as well as emergency modes not related to the depressurization of the primary circuit. The object of research is compressed air systems for pneumatic actuators and cleaning of technological blows of the reactor compartment of the NPP. Subject of research - modernization of compressed air systems for pneumatic actuators and cleaning of technological blows of the reactor department of the NPP The purpose and objectives of research. The aim of the work is the analysis of compressed air systems for pneumatic actuators and cleaning of technological blows of the reactor compartment of the NPP. To achieve this goal it was necessary to perform the following tasks: - to describe the design and technological scheme of the compressed air system for pneumatic actuators; - to analyze the management and control of the compressed air system on the pneumatic actuators; - to carry out the analysis of control and tests at operation of compressed air system on pneumatic actuators of armature; - to analyze the functioning of the compressed air system for pneumatic actuators; - to describe the design and technological scheme of the system of purification of technological blows of the reactor compartment; - to analyze the equation and control of the system of cleaning the technological blows of the reactor compartment; - to carry out the analysis of control and tests at operation of system of clearing of technological blows of reactor department; - to analyze the functioning of the system of purification of technological blows of the reactor compartment. In this master’s qualification work, the analysis of the system shows that the system meets the requirements for it, namely the supply of pneumatic actuators with compressed air pressure from 45 to 50 kgf / cm2 (from 4.41 to 4.91 MPa) and temperature up to 100C (283 K). The specified requirements are provided by construction of the technological scheme, characteristics of the equipment, performance of control of parameters of system, management of armature of system. The above analysis of the system of purification of technological blows allows us to conclude that it meets the design requirements: - provides cleaning to the established levels of blows from the process equipment with a expense to 70 nm3 / h (on one line); - in all operating modes of the system the permissible strength characteristics are not exceeded. In the economic part, the feasibility study of decisions on decontamination and cost of radioactive waste processing was carried out. In this master’s thesis, a control system for the turbine condenser at a nuclear power plant is developed. Any object, including a condenser, is calculated at the design stage for nominal indicators, the value of which depends on the characteristics of the technological process. In any case, energy facilities require automatic regulation of their work by developing and improving the technological units of the NPP, in addition to improving the operation of the equipment itself, as well as modifications of the CAP using the equipment.
