Abstract: The architectural and construction section contains information about the site buildings, basic decisions on the general plan, data on volumetric planning and architectural and constructive solutions, main technical and economic indicators, information about engineering and technical equipment and climatology of the data construction area. The main constructive solutions: 1. Structural diagram of the building – The building is frameless with load-bearing longitudinal walls that are 510 mm thick. 2. Foundation – precast reinforced concrete strip-type foundation. 3. The walls are designed from full-bodied clay bricks of plastic pressing. The brickwork is made from bricks of the M-100 brand at the T/P price of the M-50 brand "drop-in" without welding. 4. Overlay - prefab Z/B slabs with a thickness of 220 mm. 5. Stair march - prefabricated reinforced concrete. 6. The roof is made of three layers of roofing material with a protective layer of gravel embedded in bituminous mastic. The ruberoid carpet will be laid on a cement-sand screed with a thickness of 30 mm. 7. Translucent structures – The project provides for special window blocks of a metal-plastic profile, with double glazing, and individual order. Door: - iron fire-proof anti-shock at the entrance; - wooden in the rooms; - deaf wooden ones in the toilet and bath; The calculation and design section consists of the calculation and design of 4 load-bearing structures of the frame of the house. 1. Calculation and construction of a precast reinforced concrete slab with round cavities. 2. Calculation and construction of a prefabricated concrete foundation. 3. Calculation and modeling of a brick wall. 4. Calculation and construction of the Z/B staircase. The technological and organizational section includes development construction master plan, technological map for execution waterproofing of the foundation and development of a calendar schedule. In the fourth section, local, object and compiled estimates based on technical and economic indicators of the building. In the scientific part, a study of the comparison of W/B PC and PB plates was carried out. The object of research is PC and PB slabs. The purpose of the study: to find out the most appropriate type of floor slab.
