Abstract: The work consists of 9 sheets of the graphic part (of which: three of the architectural and construction section; 3 of the design and calculation section; three of the technological and organizational sections) and an explanatory note. In the master’s qualification work, the "Residential building with underground parking on the street" was designed. Shchyretska 8a in the city of Lviv" on a plot with an area of 0.2461 ha. The building area is 1054.95 m2. The architectural and construction section presents general data on the plot on which construction is taking place (area of the plot, area of construction, percentage of construction, area of premises, etc.); basic information on architectural and planning, volume and design solutions, access to the building by people with limited mobility, landscaping and measures against noise. The main constructive solutions: - structural scheme of the building - reinforced concrete monolithic frame with crossbars; - foundations - adopted monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slabs with a thickness of 600 mm. Concrete cl. C20/25 F150 W4; fittings of class A500C and fittings of class A240C according to DSTU 3760:2006. - the walls of the underground part of the building are reinforced concrete monolithic with a thickness of 250 mm. Concrete cl. C20/25. - monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 900x250 mm, 900x400 mm, 1200x400 mm, 1200x250 mm. Concrete cl. C25/30; fittings of class A500C and fittings of class A240C according to DSTU3760:2006. Connection of reinforcing bars - by knitting. - floor covering - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs thickness 200 and 250 mm. - stair marches – monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete marches on monolithic platforms. Concrete cl. C20/25; fittings of class A500C and fittings of class A240C according to DSTU 3760:2006. The method of manufacture of fittings is hot-rolled. Connection of reinforcing bars - by knitting. - the roof is flat from rolled materials on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. In the calculation and construction section, the calculation of four load-bearing structures was performed, both with the help of a program (PC LIRA - CAD) and manually. 1. The calculation of the floor slab was performed in PC "Lira Sapr" and reinforced in PC "Revit". 2. I calculate the reinforced concrete monolithic column manually and check the calculation with the Mathcad program. 3. I perform the calculation of a reinforced concrete monolithic beam of a typical floor manually, and I take the load on the beam from the program. 4. I calculate the monolithic reinforced concrete wall in the "Lira Sapr" software complex. In the technical-organizational section, a technological map for the installation of a reinforced concrete monolithic beam is presented, a general construction plan for the execution of works has been developed. Also described are measures for occupational health and safety, safety and environmental protection. A calendar schedule of construction works has been drawn up. The duration of construction is 9.5 months. In the economic section, based on the volumes of work on materials, a local, consolidated and object estimate for construction works was made. The labor intensity and salary information for the facility estimate is also calculated. The estimated cost of construction is UAH 41,329.245 thousand. In the scientific section, options for constructing a 6.8 m reinforced concrete monolithic wall were investigated, options were considered and compared in order to use the most optimal and efficient one.
