Abstract: This project develops heating and heat supply systems in a restaurant complex with a hotel. The project envisages the following heat supply systems: • air heating system in the restaurant premises using a heating system; • heating and air-conditioning system in the hotel premises using ducted air conditioners; A heat pump is provided as a source of heat at the facility, a roof boiler house is designed to heat up water for domestic hot water needs. The project provides for the installation of one KEO electric boiler - 250 kW. Thermomechanical solutions, solutions for automation of the boiler room, ventilation, water supply and drainage of the boiler room are foreseen and described in this project. The scientific part is the efficiency of the heat pump. The efficiency of a heat pump is reflected by the coefficient of performance (COP ) or the seasonal coefficient of performance (SCOP). Higher values indicate a more efficient heat pump and indicate that it uses less energy. These devices are generally much more energy efficient than simple electric resistance heaters when used for space heating. Heat pumps have a smaller carbon footprint compared to heating systems that burn fossil fuels such as natural gas and oil. Зм. Арк. № докум. Electrical power includes auxiliaries such as all pumps, fans and controls. Seasonal Performance Factor (SPF)_ It gives a measure of the ratio of thermal energy produced during the year to the total electricity consumption. The object of the research is changes in the efficiency of the DVT systems depending on the mode of application of heat pumps in a restaurant complex with an extension of the hotel located in the city of Lutsk The purpose of the study: to investigate the efficiency of the heat pump Inverter split systems have a distinctive feature compared to traditional models. The fact is that such equipment allows you to change the frequency of rotation of the compressor engine. And this means that the performance of the device may change depending on the operating conditions. If we talk about the usual for all split systems - not inverter ones, then when the set temperature is reached, the compressor is turned off. At the same time, under the same conditions, inverters reduce productivity to the minimum permissible level. As a result, electricity costs are reduced, the accuracy of maintaining the set temperature is increased. Speaking in the language of numbers, for example, the EER coefficient of inverter systems reaches indicators of 4-5, and the use of electricity (compared to traditional models) becomes 40% less. At the same time, a wide range of advantages of air conditioners with inverter control is indicated: a long and trouble-free service life of the compressor, silent operation, fast cooling/heating, environmentally friendly refrigerant, a wide range of temperature conditions. According to the conducted studies, it is recommended to use vector air conditioners. The energy efficiency coefficient EER or COP reflects the number of kilowatts of heat and cold produced by the air conditioner for each kilowatt of electricity. Зм. Арк. № докум. A class A air conditioning system consumes the least amount of electricity due to the high EER coefficient. Key words: heat pump, energy efficiency, energy efficiency ratio (EER). 1.
