Abstract: The building is designed as a 5-story building with a basement, which is located under the entire area of the house, and with a plan size of 67.8 x 26 m. The height of the basement floor is 4.5 m, the first — 4.95 m, the second and third — 4.05 m, the fourth — 3.35 m, fifth floor — 4.15 m. The structural scheme of the building is a rigid, girderless reinforced concrete monolithic frame with a filling of 380 mm thick ceramic blocks. The bearing elements are reinforced concrete columns and stiffening diaphragms. The columns are rigidly connected to the monolithic floor slab and the foundation slab. To calculate the frame of the shopping and recreation complex, the loads on the frame structure were collected following DBN B.1.2-2: 2006 "Loads and impacts". The calculation and design section began with the calculation of the floor slab. The slab is made of concrete class C25/30 220 mm thick, reinforcement class A500C. Next, a 700 mm thick foundation was designed. The foundation slab is made of concrete of class C20/25 and reinforcing cages of class A400C. The next step is the manual calculation of the most loaded column of the first floor in the 7-B axes with the selection of reinforcement. The cross-section of the column is 600 x 600 mm and is made of concrete C25/30. The final stage is the calculation and design of a reinforced concrete staircase. The width of the flight is 1.35 m. The angle of inclination is ? = 27?. The steps are standard size 150 x 300mm. Concrete the class C25/30, reinforcement of frames is class A400C, mesh is class Bp-1. In the technological and organizational section, I developed a technological map for the installation of a monolithic floor slab, a construction master plan, and a schedule for the main construction and installation works. According to calculations, the duration of the construction of a residential building is 258 working days. In the construction economics section, local and object estimates for the main construction and installation works were made. All calculations were made based on prices and time norms for the main construction works as of December 2022. The total cost of construction of the shopping and recreation complex is calculated. The estimated cost of construction is 60623.862 thousand UAH. The cost of construction of 1 m2 of the usable area is 7760 UAH / m2 (c.u.) The research topic was the study of the method of digital image correlation (DIC) for the study of reinforced concrete structures. As a result of the study, the known materials about the method were processed and the main positive aspects of the method were highlighted. The use of this method for measuring deformations of reinforced concrete structures was also described. Keywords: floor slab, column, monolithic foundation slab, shopping- and recreational complex.
