Abstract: Section 1. The architectural and construction. The section specifies the features of the building site, its climatic conditions, data on architectural, planning and constructive solutions, information about the building is specified in technical and economic indicators, and data on engineering and technical support are given. The details of the filling of the openings are formed in separate tables and the features of the equipment of the premises are described in detail. Design solutions: 1. The structure of the building is an arched metal frame, the rigidity of which is provided by wind ties. 2. The foundation is a strip foundation with stiffening ribs in the places where the metal arches are operated. The material is heavy concrete of class C16/20. 3. Enclosing structures - consist of a roof and a strip foundation (in the form of a retaining wall). The height of the strip foundation reaches 3.5 m. At the ends of the building there are half-timbered houses, which are covered with a metal sheet. 4. Roof – repeats the outline of metal arches. Seamless, which fits on metal arches. The roof is insulated with mineral wool plates 100 mm thick. The hangar also has a 250mm thick brick fire wall. 5. The openings are filled with windows and swinging metal gates. Section 2. Calculation and design. 1. Metal arch. The calculation was performed using the "Dlubal RFEM" PC. The arch rests on a strip foundation. The load is set according to the completed collection of the load on the roof. 2. Tape foundation in the form of a retaining wall. For the calculation, we used the load from the arch, the lateral pressure of the soil and the pressure of the bulk material that will be stored in the hangar. The calculation was performed in the Lira-SAPR PC. 3. Metal span. Since it is impossible to mount an arch in the spans where the swing gates are located due to the lack of a foundation, metal beams made of I-beams are installed. We accept the load according to the principle as for a metal arch. 4. Reinforced concrete beam – a beam located above the span of a swing gate. Takes the load from the brickwork, which acts as a fire wall. Section 3. The technological and organizational. It involves the development of a construction master plan indicating all the necessary data on the safety of the work, a technological map for the installation of metal arches and the development of a calendar schedule. Section 4. Economical. Calculating local and consolidated estimates were calculated on the basis of technical and economic indicators of the building. Section 5. Scientific. In this section, a technical and economic comparison of pitched and nonpitched roofs for buildings is made. Calculation of the cost of 1 sq. m. for each type of roof. Pros and cons of each type of roof are given. Key words - metal arch, strip foundation, retaining wall, span, arched hangar, load-bearing profiled flooring.
