Abstract: The Master’s Qualification Thesis (MQT) covers issues related to the technical details of technical re-equipment of the concrete batching plant and replacement of star-shaped storage yard for inert bulk materials (graded crushed stones, washed sand) with high technology storage structure of bunker silo type. The technical re-equipment of the concrete batching plant (CBP) of ultrahigh-viscosity concrete production facility includes the following stages: 1) dismantling of existing star-shaped storage yard for inert bulk materials; 2) installation of new reinforced concrete foundations in the form of monolithic rafts on bored reinforced concrete piles (4 reinforced concrete piles per one load-bearing column-rack of the new CBP); 3) calculation and installation of metal silos for storage of bulk non-metallic materials (10 silos with a diameter of 4.5 m), masonry sand (4 silos with a diameter of 3.5 m), portland cement (2 silos with a diameter of 2.5 m); 4) calculation and installation of metal structures and transport systems (belt conveyors, receiving hoppers, loading stations for materials) to create a modern high-performance CBP of the new generation; 5) selection of optimal technological methods in the form of step-by-step process sheets of repair and construction works for the process of building reinforced concrete columns from +8.60 to +10.20 m; the process of superstructure 2.4 m of load-bearing walls in the area of elevation the structure of the workshop roof to the level of +10.60 m and the organization of shoring process of reinforced concrete columnar foundations for load-bearing columns using the checkerboard connection method; 6) calculation of estimated cost of dismantling works under the reconstruction of the concrete products workshop using the above methods of repair and construction work. 2. Object of research: the existing concrete batching plant in Myliatychi village of Lviv region. 3. Subject of research: scientifically substantiated methods of performing repair, reconstruction and special replacement works and technical re-equipment of technical units in the existing concrete products workshop situated in Myliatychi village of Pustomyty district. 4. Goal of research: to determine an effective technology for replacement of technological equipment during the reconstruction of the concrete products workshop aimed at replacement of obsolete star-shaped storage yard for inert bulk materials with new generation silo-bunker storage construction on the concrete batching plant of mentioned workshop. 5. Research findings: the developed Master’s Qualification Thesis gives answers regarding scientifically grounded and correctly calculated methods for carrying out effective reconstruction of the concrete products workshop and replacement of obsolete equipment as well as measures for the final stage of technical re-equipment process. 6.
