Modern business conditions require entrepreneurs to promptly respond to changes in the environment in which the business entity operates, which directly affect the profitability of business and are caused by the action of a number of factors. It is possible to take into account the effect of these factors on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the financial condition, professional interpretation of its results and timely implementation of appropriate measures to strengthen it, which will ultimately contribute to increasing the efficiency of management and expand the opportunities for the development of the enterprise. At the same time, the question of the correct choice of tools and approaches for assessing the financial condition of an enterprise or a certain branch of the economy remains relevant. Financial condition is considered, first of all, a complex concept, which is the final result of the interaction of all structural elements of the enterprise, the coordinated work of all processes expressed in physical or financial indicators, as well as the availability and use of financial resources of the enterprise [1]. The work examines the main concepts of the financial state of the enterprise, methodical approaches to its research. Most scientists believe that the analysis of the company’s financial condition is an important stage in the development of a planning and forecasting system. The results of the analysis enable managers and management to obtain extremely important and valuable information [2-6]. The analysis of the legislative and normative reference base, which regulates the analysis of the financial state of the enterprise, was carried out. The existing system of analysis of the financial and economic condition of enterprises cannot fully exist without their corresponding regulatory and legal support. This provision was formed during the many years of the existence of our state and is at the stage of constant changes that occur together with political, economic, integration, social and many other factors. Relevant documentation and its components in the form of normative and reference information become the basis of such provision of analysis. The object of research is financial state at Sushi Auto LLC. The subject of the study is theoretical principles and practical aspects of the analysis of the financial state of the enterprise. The purpose of the master’s thesis is generalization of the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the financial state of the enterprise and justification of practical recommendations for its improvement. As a result of the analysis of the financial state of the enterprise, the following problems were identified: • the problem of personnel management; • delivery management problems through applications; • problems of managing communication with the customer and the supplier. To solve the identified problems in the work, measures have been developed to eliminate them. The main recommendation for "Sushi Auto" LLC is the introduction of new technologies, technical software, which would make it possible to minimize time spent on meeting the needs of the buyer of services (new application, speed of delivery); introduction of a vending system for the sale of goods; improving consumer access to order creation; development of new or improvement and optimization of existing services in order to attract new and maintain the existing audience of consumers; implementation of a new personnel and accounting policy; improvement of relations with clients through promotional offers, discounts on supplies not only within the advertising company, but also beyond it. During the economic substantiation of the proposed directions for improving the financial condition, forecasting of key indicators was carried out. The conducted analysis showed that the measures can be considered effective, as the projected financial indicators tend to grow. Key words: financial state, income, expenses, reserves, delivery.
