Abstract: The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the development and improvement of the assortment policy of "GRIN GROUP-M" LLC. Relevance. Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly difficult for most companies to maintain a competitive advantage. Companies around the world are looking for new levers that will allow them to take a leading position in the market. A high-quality, well-built system of business processes and other factors of maintaining competitiveness are becoming a minimum condition for presence in the global market. Under these conditions, it is especially important to ensure the proper functioning of individual production enterprises, which is confirmed by the growth of its market value. Solving the issues of improving business efficiency is impossible without the formation of an effective business model. The purpose and objectives of the study. The purpose of the thesis is to summarize the theoretical and practical foundations of business process management and show the prospects for their optimization in the framework of improving the efficiency of the enterprise. To achieve the purpose of the thesis it was necessary to solve the following main tasks: to characterize aspects of the problem of research and improvement. The object of research is Green Group-M LLC, which is engaged in the extraction of sand in the quarry of Trostyanets village. The subject of research is the business processes of LLC "Green Group-M" Master’s qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and a list of references. In the first section "Theoretical and methodological foundations of research and improvement of business processes of the enterprise" the characteristic of aspects of the problem of research and improvement of business processes by domestic and foreign scientists is given, the features of business process management at the enterprise are highlighted, and a model of a possible solution to the problem of improving the business processes of LLC "Green Group-M" is presented. The second section "Analysis of financial activity and business processes of "GREEN GROUP-M" LLC" provides a general description of the company’s activities, presents an analysis of the financial and economic condition of "GREEN GROUP-M" LLC, analyzes data on improving the business processes of "GREEN GROUP-M" LLC. In the third section "Directions for improving the business processes of LLC "GREEN GROUP-M" the general characteristics of the proposed measure are highlighted, its relationship with the topic of the master’s qualification work is explained, the characteristics of the idea are presented and recommendations for improving the business processes of LLC "GREEN GROUP-M" are given, the economic justification for the implementation of the developed measure is given. The novelty of the master’s thesis is to improve the business processes of LLC "Green Group-M", it is proposed to purchase the latest environmentally friendly equipment for sand extraction, which will meet consumer needs and protect the environment from emissions to accelerate the country’s transition to a "green" model of economy through the introduction of the best available environmentally friendly, resource and energy-saving technologies.
