Abstract: Mandriga OR, Gumnitsky Ya.M. The impact of the state environmental policy on the state of the social environment and the health of the population. Master’s qualification work. - National University of Lviv Polytechnic, Lviv. Extended abstract Master’s qualification work is dedicted to achievement of scientific and theoretical task - promotion of safety of essential environment and noosphere for human population as result of promotion and implementation of state environmental and sanitary. Object of research is legislation of Ukraine. Meta report: Improvement of level of environmental safety of people as result of the implementation of state environmental standards and introduction of already basic sanitary and hygienic standards. The legislation of Ukraine and additional materials on the state environmental policy and social environment are analyzed. Environmental policy consists of at least four levels, such as: 1) international-global (issues permits for the extraction of natural resources, bans on the dumping of substances are introduced); 2) regional (responsible for the creation of national parks, international nature protection zones, cooperation between countries in controlling emissions of biopollutants); 3) national (adopts and implements environmental protection laws at the state level, adaptation and implementation of international treaties); 4) local (policy of a certain district or city). The following is a description of the features and regularities of the implementation of the state environmental policy at each of these levels. A detailed analysis of the features of the use of various types of documents for the regulation of construction and reconstruction of educational institutions and health care institutions was carried out. According to the analysis of DBN B.2.2-10-2001 HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS, DBN B.2.2-4:2018 PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS and DBN B.2.2-3:2018 EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS revealed a deep connection between compliance with the rules set forth in these regulations, and the health of the population and each person separately. It has been established that the generalization and reduction of the legislation to a common denominator will help to reduce the number of ways to avoid responsibility for the construction of objects with violations at the stage of designing norms. The results of studies of the influence of the state environmental policy on the social environment and the health of the population testify to the comprehensiveness of the influence of ecology (ecological norms) on the life of society, the comfort of their living, the usefulness and safety of the products they eat, that is, on all possible spheres of human existence on planet earth. Keywords: state environmental policy, social environment, analysis, environmental norms, sanitary and hygienic norms. List of used literary sources 1. Anna Wesselink, Oliver Fritsch, Jouni Paavola.
