Abstract: Ivashchenko M.V., Vegera P.I. (supervisor). he project of a 9-story residential building in the Zolochiv Town. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. The architectural and planning decisions of the master plan are developed following the purpose of the designed building, taking into account the rational use of complex terrain and compliance with sanitary and fire prevention standards. There is a ring road around the building, which ensures the passage of fire engines, and a guest parking lot with a capacity for 12 medium-class cars. Sidewalks are designed for pedestrian traffic. On the plot adjacent to the residential building are sites for recreation, economic purposes, and garbage collection. The pitches are equipped with small architectural forms, landscaping elements, and decorative elements made of architectural concrete. The road and parking lots are covered with asphalt concrete. Underground water supply, sewerage, electric cables, and heat networks are designed in the channel. This laying of engineering networks ensures the convenience of their maintenance during operation. The 3-section 9-story residential building has vertical height differences within each section. On the first floor are four 1-room, four 2-room, and seven 3-room apartments. On the standard floor are two 1-room apartments, five 2-room apartments, seven 3-room apartments, and one 4-room apartment. The total area of the apartments starts from 49.16 m2, and the maximum area is 110.43 m2. The floor height is 3 m (from the floor of one floor to the floor of the next), including 2.7 m (from the floor to the ceiling of one floor). The building has a technical floor, and the height from floor to ceiling is 2.15 m. The leading constructive solutions: 1. Structural scheme of the building - load-bearing brick walls. However, it should be noted that there are columns within the basement floor, which are arranged according to spatial planning decisions. 2. Foundations - A monolithic reinforced grid was constructed on a pile foundation. According to the monolithic grid, the foundation comprises prefabricated concrete blocks. The project envisages reinforced concrete piles with a section of 400x400 mm. Piles of C20/25 concrete grade; F100; Ш6.. 3. Walls and partitions - made of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 510 mm. All partitions are designed from thick silicate bricks. 88 mm, and in bathrooms and toilets - from ceramic brick thickness. 65 mm. 4. Flooring - precast reinforced concrete round hollow slabs. 5. Staircases - arranged reinforced concrete monolithic, resting on the walls of the stairwell and floor slabs 6. The roof is flat, designed from typical prefabricated hollow reinforced concrete slabs. The load-bearing elements of the structures are taken into account: 1. Floor slab - reinforced concrete round hollow floor slab. For calculation, the element with the most significant number of pieces in the overlap is accepted. 2. Precast reinforced concrete stairwell – a stair element supported on stairwells. The slope of the stairs is 1:2. 3. Reinforced concrete column. Basement floor columns were used to calculate the column. The calculated load on the column is obtained by collecting the load from all load-bearing and non-load-bearing elements of the given structure. 4. Reinforced concrete single-span beam - a monolithic reinforced concrete crossbar located on the basement (technical floor) from volumetric planning solutions. The technological and organizational section includes the development of a construction master plan and a technological map for the installation of prefabricated structures. The economic section calculated a local and summary estimate for the object. In the scientific part, an analysis of the existing composite fittings in the market Ukraine was carried out. A comparison of its characteristics was carried out, the main properties, advantages, and disadvantages were determined, and the rules for constructing beams with composite reinforcement were proposed. As a result, a nine-story residential building was designed. The calculation of all critical load-bearing elements of the above-ground part of the building was performed.
