Abstract: In this MCR, the rollability of crushed stone-mastic mixtures, namely ShMAS-20 on various versions of modified bitumen and on the unmodified original binder, was investigated. In general, the following binders were used: 1. Unmodified petroleum road oxidized bitumen grade BND 70/100 produced by PJSC "Ukrtatnafta" ("Kremenchutsk Refinery", BO5) The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS -160?С 2. BO5 bitumen modified with maleic anhydride (MA) (MA content 2% by weight, modification time 60 min., temperature 180?С) (BMAS-1). The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS is -180?С 3. BO5 bitumen modified with maleic anhydride (MA content 2% by weight, time 60 min., temperature 180?С) and SBS (Calprene 501 M) (SBS content 2% by weight, time 180 min., temperature 180?С) . The modification was carried out in two stages, first bitumen MA was modified, after which SBS (BMAS-2) was added. ). The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS is -180?С 4. BO5 bitumen modified with SBS (Calprene 501 M) (SBS content 2% by mass, time 180 min., temperature 180?С) (BMAS-3) ). The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS is -180?С 5. BO5 bitumen modified with maleic anhydride (MA content 2% by weight, time 60 min., temperature 180?С) and polyethylene glycol brand 2000 (PEG2000) (PEG2000 content 2% by weight, time 180 min., temperature 180?С) . The modification was carried out in two stages, first bitumen MA was modified, after which PEG2000 (BMAS-4) was added. ). The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS is -180?С 6. BO5 bitumen modified with PEG2000 (PEG2000 content 2% by weight, time 180 min., temperature 180?С). (BMAS-5) ). The temperature of bitumen during the production of ShMAS is -180?С 7. BO5 bitumen modified with maleic anhydride (MA content 2% by weight, time 60 min., temperature 180?С), SBS (Calprene) (SBS content 2% by weight, time 180 min., temperature 180?С) and polyethylene glycol brand 2000 (PEG2000) (PEG2000 content 2% by mass, time 180 min., temperature 180?С). The modification was carried out in two stages, first the MA bitumen was modified, after which PEG2000 and SBS (Calprene) (BMAS-6) were added). The purpose of the research was to investigate the rollability (compaction) of crushed stone-mastic mixtures (SHMAS) using a gyratory compactor based on various versions of modified bitumens. Objectives of the study 1. Conduct a literature review on the problem of compaction (compaction) of crushed stone-mastic mixtures (SCMS) using a gyratory compactor 2. Select materials for the manufacture of ShMAS-20 3. Describe research methods 4. To design the compositions of ShMAS-20 with subsequent forming using a gyratory compactor. 5. To study the physical and mechanical properties of ShMAS-20 samples. Subject of research: ShMAS-20 based on various versions of modified bitumens. The object of research is the change in the physical and mechanical properties of ShMAS-20 stiffened by a gyratory compactor based on various versions of modified bitumen.
