Abstract: The beginning of the appearance and development of office centers and complexes in Ukraine can be considered from the 2000s. The first modern office business center was built in 2007 in the capital of Ukraine. To date, class "A" and "B" office centers are built only in large cities of the country, leaving less populated areas with a lower class of these buildings. In these buildings, the level of comfort is minimal, and the architecture and visual integrity want better. In the city, examples of business centers for office and retail purposes were built more than 5-7 years ago, and the architectural and design function does not fit into the general color of the city center. And many students or temporary visitors work in coffee shops or at home. In connection with the increase in the number of the city’s population due to internally displaced persons, the demand for available working space is increasing. Study object: architecture of office complexes. 5 Scope of research: main trends of office complexes. Goal of research: to determine the main trends of office complexes. The results of the study: in the study of the causes and consequences of the problems of the lack of modern working space for people and to propose one of the solutions for one of the cities of Ukraine. A theoretical analysis of the actual problem and an analysis of analogues of foreign and domestic experience in designing office complexes were carried out. The main factors that influence the design of offices, the required functions of these buildings and modern trends in architectural solutions are determined.
