Abstract: For private funds, a decision has been made to undertake the construction of a public building. The construction falls under the consequence class CC2. The public facility is equipped with a modern spa center on the -2 and -1 floors, which also serves a dual purpose by providing shelter for both guests and building staff. The landscaping of the area includes the installation of road surfaces and parking lots. Green zones are also planned for the beautification of the territory. The work involved designing a monolithic framework of an arched shape in plan. The underground part of the structure consists of hanging bored-injection piles that are interconnected by a slab-type mat foundation. The primary structure framework comprises reinforced concrete columns and walls supporting a monolithic slab as the floor. For spatial rigidity, monolithic diaphragms were designed throughout the height of the building, providing vertical stiffness to the framework. Enclosure structures include multi-layered walls and glazed windows. The work clearly and competently presents the decisions made, aligning with the fundamental requirements for the reliability of structures, fire safety, and other applicable building norms. Additionally, a construction schedule has been developed. In the "Construction Economics" section, detailed cost estimates have been calculated for organizing earthworks and assembly operations. In the architectural and construction section, the class of consequences of the object, the temperature zone, and the heat engineering calculation were performed. The general plan and layout of the building has been developed. Fire safety measures and the need to create conditions for the accessibility of the facility’s territory for groups of the population with reduced mobility are described. The calculation and design section displays the frame taken into account, as well as all loads and influences, which are necessary for correct decision-making on cross-sections, reinforcement, placement of stiffness diaphragms. The structural scheme of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, on a foundation slab-grid with piles. Columns are made of round and square cross-sections, a ramp is arranged on the covering plate. The calculation corresponds to the current norms and rules, current normative documents. In the technological and organizational section, technical and economic indicators for the organization of construction are determined, a technological scheme and a calendar schedule of construction are developed. The need for machines and mechanisms to perform all types of work provided for by the project is indicated. In the construction economics section, a consolidated estimate calculation, a local estimate for monolithic works and a summary list of resources for the local estimate have been developed. The research work was focused on determining the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete elements based on slag-alkaline concrete in multi-story residential construction. The sequence of preparation of mixtures with additives is described. The results are displayed textually and graphically, and summarized with conclusions.
