Abstract: The architectural and construction section contains the main solutions for ventilation and air conditioning of a residential building and heating, the main technical and economic indicators, fire safety measures and climatology of the construction area. Basic design solutions: 1. Structural scheme of the building - a mixed spatial framework of metal and reinforced concrete load-bearing elements. 2. Foundation - columnar foundations made of concrete class C16 / 20 and reinforcement class A400C. 3. Walls - expanded clay concrete reinforced panels in a relative size grid of 12 and 6 m. Insulation is made of expanded polystyrene with a density of 100 kg / m3. Brick walls are designed as a stair railing. 4. Columns - metal, solid cross section of welded I-beams. 5. Overlapping - consists of a beam cage: main and secondary beams and floor beams. 6. Stair flights - there are 2 types: reinforced concrete prefabricated and metal shaped and sheet steel. 7. Roof - insulated roof on a load-bearing reinforced concrete slab. 8. Floor - reinforced cement floor. In the premises where the equipment is located, a tile coating on cement mortar is arranged. On the trestle platforms the floor will be made of corrugated steel sheets. 9. Gates and doors - exterior doors are made of sheet metal. Other doors are designed with wood. 10. Translucent structures - metal-plastic double-glazed windows. The premises are wooden single-glazed. The calculation and design section consists of the calculation and design of 4 loadbearing structures of the frame of the house. 1. Ribbed plate coating. The plate rests on a lattice beam. Concrete class C25 / 30 and pre-stressed reinforcement class A1000. 2. Lattice beam span of 18 m. Concrete class C25 / 30, prestressed reinforcement class A800 and unstressed reinforcement class A400C. 3. Column. The most loaded column of the frame was taken for calculation. The load on the columns is obtained from the calculation of the frame. The calculation was performed in the software package. The base of the column was also calculated in the complex. 4. Columnar foundation. Concrete class C16 / 20 and reinforcement class A400C. Depth of laying the foundation 1.7 m. The technological and organizational section includes the development of the construction master plan and technological map for the concreting of the monolithic floor slab. In the fourth section, local and consolidated estimates were calculated on the basis of technical and economic indicators of the building. In the scientific part the analysis of application of dry-resistant wood is carried out. The object of research is the production building of “Herbor” LLC in Volodymyr. The subject of research is the implementation of the project with all its necessary components. The purpose of the study: the implementation of all necessary sections, namely - architectural and construction, design, technological and organizational, economic and scientific. As a result, the production building of “Herbor” LLC in Volodymyr was designed, and an analysis of the use of dry wood was conducted. Key words - ribbed plate, reinforcement, columnar foundation.
