Abstract: The construction of a shopping center with parking is planned, considering five main sections: architectural, constructive, technological and organizational, economic and scientific. Architectural section: The architectural section takes into account the urban development situation, the possibility of landscaping around the residential building, access to communications and other needs of people, such as parking spaces in the parking lot for their cars. All architectural solutions related to the external and internal appearance of the finished house are considered in detail. First of all, the design of the facades, the possibility of arranging a rest area and a certain amount of landscaping, options for decorative elements, external windows and doors. As for the interior, the section considers the internal division of space in the shopping center into separate rooms for commercial activities and office space, as well as the construction of the floor, walls, arrangement of doors and windows, lintels, stairs, and an elevator. Structural section: In this section, optimal options for structural solutions for the construction of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which includes the calculation of the foundation slab, have been selected. Concrete C20/25 (M350, B25). Reinforcements of class A500C and A240C are used, which will serve as a support for the entire building. Calculation of floor slabs with a thickness of 200 mm. Calculation of stairs and landings from C25/30 concrete (M400, B30), A500C and A240C class fittings. The concrete has a B4 waterproof rating, F100 frost resistance, as well as reinforcement of monolithic and reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 250 mm from concrete C20/25 (M350, B25), fittings of the A500C and A240C class. Technological-organizational section: In this section, a construction master plan was developed, which includes places for storing materials, the movement scheme of the crane and other construction vehicles and its limitations, access to communications, places for housing, rest, food, and necessary for the provision of medical assistance. A technological map for the installation of polyvinyl chloride membranes, installation technology was also developed. Also, a calendar schedule for the construction of a shopping center with a parking lot. Economic section: In the economic section, a local estimate for the construction of a shopping center with a parking lot was developed, which includes the costs of wages, materials and mechanisms, as well as the impact of inflation, the total amount of the estimate for the construction according to the local estimate amounted to UAH 85,012.845. According to the consolidated estimate, the cost is UAH 127,222.643 thousand. Scientific section: The section includes the research and application of "light steel thin-walled structures" of the roof in the field of modern construction. The aim of the study. Application of thin-walled steel structures in the field of construction. Conclusion: The study shows the possibility of actual use of thin-walled steel structures in the arrangement of roofs. the architectural design section takes into account all aspects of urban development, landscaping, communications and other needs of residents. The concept includes not only current architectural solutions for shopping center construction. In the constructive section, the issue of monolithic reinforced concrete framework of the shopping center with optimal parameters is solved, guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the building. Modern materials and technologies are used, which ensure high quality of construction and service life. The technological and organizational section includes a detailed construction master plan, a technological map for arranging roofs using a membrane, as well as a calendar schedule. The economic section determines the local estimate and summary for the construction of a shopping center with parking, the relevance and expediency of prices for the construction of this type of structure. The scientific section includes an analysis of modern scientific research in the field of the use of thin-layer structures in the construction of roofs. The goal of the project is to create a modern facility and to integrate safety and economic feasibility into the urban architecture of Khmelnytskyi.
