Abstract: Kipchynets Ya.B., scientific supervisor professor Tykhan M.O. Digital manovacuummeter. Master’s qualification work. Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2023. In the master’s qualification work, a digital manovacuummeter with remote data transmission was developed. The development of such a manovacuummeter will allow obtaining pressure data from remote locations without the presence of an operator at the measurement location. This is especially relevant when measurements must be made in dangerous or hard-to-reach conditions. Thanks to the digital channel of the device, remote data transmission from the manovacuummeter is possible. Therefore, operators and engineers can instantly receive information about pressure or vacuum, which are important parameters of numerous technological processes. This allows you to quickly react to changes in parameters, make the necessary adjustments and prevent possible unusual processes or even accidents. Digital manovacuummeters with remote data transmission allow constant monitoring of systems and processes. This allows you to control the quality and efficiency of work, detect deviations from the norm and carry out diagnostics, as well as automate production processes. In the master’s qualification work, an analysis of the subject area was carried out and it was established that today pressure and vacuum measuring devices with digital and analog output are well developed. However, in Ukraine there is no domestic production of combined manovacuum meter devices, and those that would retain the analog output if there is a digital output. In addition, despite the extensive development of methods and means of remote data transmission, there are no domestic compact and inexpensive manovacuummeters with remote data transmission either. In the master’s qualification work, the design of a digital manovacuum meter with remote data transmission was performed. The design includes the calculation of mechanical measuring transducers, housing and digital output channel. An important part of the hardware is the remote data transmission module. The paper proposes a technique for obtaining the static characteristics of the device and establishing its accuracy class. Мaster’s qualification work contains a section of economic calculations, which presents the calculation of the economic feasibility of the developed device. An assembly drawing of a digital manovacuummeter and detailing of nodes are presented in the master’s qualification work appendix. Object of study: - devices and methods of measuring pressure and vacuum. Scope of research: - development of a digital manovacuummeter. The purpose of the research: - to improve the quality and automation of pressure and vacuum measurement procedures.
