The work reveals the norms of legislative acts, regulatory and instructional documents, special literature and other sources of information, the essence of environmental policy is clarified, and the regulatory regulation of environmental policy in Poland is considered. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of the environmental policy of the Republic of Poland in the context of the Green Course of European countries. The object of research in this work is the environmental policy of the Republic of PolandThe purpose of the master’s qualification work is to clarify the peculiarities of the environmental policy of the Republic of Poland and the implementation of political and legal mechanisms for the implementation of the Green Course of European countries. The term environmental policy first appeared in Polish literature in 1972 in the Stockholm Declaration of the UN Conference. However, in relation to Poland, it was used for the first time in early 1991 in government documents [1]. The subject of Poland’s green policy is the state apparatus located at variousadministrative levels, as well as economic units operating within the state, while the subject of eco policy is the environment itself. In turn, the basis of the next analyzed concept, eco policy, is the above-mentioned idea of sustainable development [2]. Polish environmental policy shows numerous shortcomings and omissions. Despite many years of transformation, in this respect Poland still has a long distance from the "old" member states of the European Union. State environmental policy. for the perspective until 2030 is a qualitatively prepared document, but the main problem is the lack of active actions by politicians regarding the implementation of its individual provisions in practice [3]. The state systems of the two countries (both Ukraine and Poland) are formed from authorities and their departments, which directly perform environmental functions and influence their implementation. State environmental management in both Ukraine and Poland has a systemic nature. In addition, the environmental function of state bodies, which are responsible for the implementation of state environmental policy, is defined by separate provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Constitution of Poland [4].The role of the supreme authority in the Republic of Poland is increasingly reduced to providing financing for the country’s ecosystem. In recent decades, the National and Voivodeship Funds for the Protection of the Environment and Water Resources have played an important role in the financing of Poland’s ecological system. Poland became one of the EU member states that did not support the position of the EU leadership regarding the introduction of the European Green Course. Although the Green Course is an integral part of the Fund for the Restoration of Poland in the EU, within the framework of which funds will be allocated to members of the European Union for economic recovery and transformation. An important direction of improvement of Ukraine’s environmental policy is the course of adapting the requirements of environmental legislation in accordance with EU law. Environmental policy is necessary to obtain human ecological rights to obtain clean air and other ecologically tested natural resources, because this is the mainguarantor of environmental protection and preservation of nature from ecological disaster Key words: ecopolitics, Republic of Poland, green course, environment.
