State and level of development of the problem. Consideration of the issue is complicated by cultural and traditional differences, limited access to statistical data, differences in legislation and its implementation, the influence of economic and social conditions, and political constraints. Understanding these aspects is key to developing effective strategies to combat gender inequality in the region. The object of the research is the policy of gender equality in the countries of the Eastern Partnership, with a focus on using the experience and practice of the EU.
