Ways to improve the mechanism of the management system in the social sphere institution

Abstract: The management mechanism in the social sphere of Ukraine is a complex and important process, since these organizations provide key services and support for various categories of the population. The management system in the social sphere is based on its mission and goals, which determine personnel policy and the activities of the organization. Scientific literature reflects the relevance of the problem of ways in a detailed manner of control mechanisms in the settings of the social sphere. The following researchers were involved in the assessment of the mechanisms of the control system in the settings of the social sphere: I. Ivanenko, S. Savchenko, O. Mikhailenko, O. Kovalenko, S. Tkachenko, I. Maksimenko, Y. Kuzminsky, N. Goncharku, O. Oliynyk, V. Kravets, S. Petrenko, O. Lysenko, O. Matvienko, S. Solomakha, G. Bondarenko. It is important to add that there is a lack of understanding of how technologies and digital innovations are improving the management of social settings. Scientists have not clearly illuminated the prospects for partnership with the community and large organizations. In addition, it is clear that aspects of ethics and rules of management in the social sphere are being lost due to the fact that additional research is required to create complex, ethical approaches to management with the attitudes of the social sphere. The master’s degree focuses on the training and development of effective courses in a thorough management mechanism in the establishment of the social sphere. The object of investigation in the robot is the process of management in the establishment of the social sphere. The subject of further investigation is the process of management and identification of problems in detail in the mechanism of the management system in the establishment of the social sphere. Just before the end of the master’s research the final results were achieved. In the first chapter of the master’s research, we looked at the research of Ukrainian scientists into the detailed management mechanisms in the settings of the social sphere. We analyzed the supply of personnel, decentralization reforms, optimization of management in the social sphere and other aspects. An analysis of the regulatory framework that regulates management mechanisms in social sector institutions in Ukraine was carried out. We looked at the theoretical framework for studying the control mechanism in the settings of the social sphere. In the second, we determined that a comprehensive approach is required to enhance personnel management systems in social institutions. It has been noted that innovations such as digitalization, dark technologies and data analysis systems are necessary for effective management. It has been noted that international social sector policies have clear long-term strategies, good coordination between departments, rational allocation of resources, performance monitoring, and professional development of personnel. In the third, in order to achieve the maximum practical result, we proposed specific ideas for the modernization of technical support, training of personnel, optimization of processes and increase of motivation in the Lviv branch of the Lviv Regional Employment Center.
