Abstract: Over the past two years, the demand for Ukrainian resources has grown in Ukraine, and Ukrainians have begun to abandon foreign resources in favor of Ukrainian ones. However, because Ukrainian content is not created on all topics, Ukrainians cannot fully switch to Ukrainian resources. This is especially true for specialized thematic resources. Korean culture, and especially music, is quite popular in the world and has its fans in Ukraine. However, after analyzing social networks and websites about Korean culture, we can conclude that there is not enough content. During the survey, most Ukrainians said that they lacked Ukrainian resources about Korean music and culture in general. That is why the goal of this work is to create a Ukrainian resource about Korean culture that can both interest people who are already fans of Korean culture and tell people about it who are not yet familiar with it. Study object - development of Korean culture in modern society. Scope of research - representing Korean culture on the Internet. Goal of research - to conduct research on Korean culture, especially music as a contemporary phenomenon, and to investigate the level of development of Ukrainian resources on Korean culture and the demand for new resources. The literature presented on the topic of localization and translation of material reveals general concepts of translation and localization of ordinary texts and websites. Dolnyk I. [1] and Drobit I. [2] studied the topic of website localization. However, we could not find any specific literature that reveals the peculiarities of localization of specific content. In Ukraine, there are laws that regulate the operation of websites, but they are general and do not describe in detail how a website should work [3-7]. Foreign standards better regulate the field of information technology and contain a more detailed description, unlike Ukrainian laws [15-19]. In the Ukrainian information space, Korean culture is not sufficiently developed. As a rule, the content that exists is related to K-pop, and often the content is only about the most popular groups. As for websites, there are only a few of them. To meet the needs of culture fans, a website about Korean culture was created, which covers not only k-pop, but also various parts of Korean culture, especially music. The site was published and distributed among Ukrainian communities, and over the past month, the site has already gained its first audience and positive feedback.
