Abstract: The purpose of this master’s thesis is to analyze the functioning and influence of TV channels «Inter» and «1+ on public opinion in times of war. The subject of the study is the functioning of the Ukrainian media, in particular TV channels «Inter» and «1+1». The subject of the study is the operation of Internet resources of TV channels in general and their news in particular, the analysis of content during martial law. A study on the functioning of the Ukrainian media in war on the example of TV channels «Inter» and «1+1» uses a comprehensive method of cognition, which combines methods of analysis, comparison, and content analysis of media materials. This master’s thesis presents the results of analysis and comparative study of activities «Inter» and «1+ during a full-scale invasion, it is worth noting the little research of this topic in the domestic scientific literature during this period. Information policy analysis shows that many media outlets try to provide objective information, but there are also cases of propaganda and misinformation. The work of journalists in military conditions is extremely complex and dangerous. They face risks to their security and independence.
