Abstract: Smereka L.V. Research and improvement of the management system of PE «Samira» in the conditions of diversification of foreign economic activity. The Master’s thesis covers the issues of research and improvement of the management system of PE «Samira» in the conditions of diversification of foreign economic activity. For this purpose, there was carried out the analysis of literature sources on the problem, as well as legislative and regulatory documents that reveal the content of legal and customs regulation in the field of trade and economic cooperation. At the analyzed enterprise there were identified problems with the management system, which negatively affect the activities of PE «Samira», as a result of which there were developed project measures to solve them and calculated the costs of implementation of a comprehensive measure.
