Abstract: Slobodzianyk R. V. Research and development of the mechanism of entering new international markets «ZIKO» LLC. In the master’s qualification work the theoretical and applied costs of the development of mechanisms of entry into new international markets in the course of undertaking international economic activity with consideration of the relevant globalization interventions are investigated. The mechanisms for entering new international markets have been identified. Based on the analysis of the international market conditions, the tendencies and factors of development of international economic activity have been established.
