Abstract: In the master’s qualification work the development of management of expenses for advertising activity of LLC Research and Mechanical Plant "Karpaty" in the conditions of international economic activity is investigated. In the theoretical part the role and influence of advertising on the activity of enterprises-subjects of MED is investigated, the necessity of effective management of expenses for advertising activity is substantiated, the works of scientists and normative-legal base on the topic are analyzed. The analytical part contains the results of a study of the peculiarities of production, economic and international activities of LLC DMZ "Karpaty". Also in this section the features are analyzed and the shortcomings of advertising costs management at the current time are identified. In the research part the tendencies of development of the enterprise are analyzed. The first step was to study the trends in the development of production and economic activities of LLC DMZ "Karpaty". Further, the study is aimed at analyzing the trends of international economic activity of LLC DMZ "Karpaty" and the dynamics of development of cost management for advertising activities of the plant in terms of international economic relations. During the implementation of the recommendation part of the master’s qualification work, an event was developed and implemented aimed at developing the management of advertising costs of LLC "DMZ" Karpaty "and achieving the planned value of the strategic indicator. The economic efficiency of the selected measure was also analyzed and cost savings were calculated.
